Location

Set within large and well-tended gardens, this hotel complex is located directly beside its well-kept, private sand and shingle beach. The complex lies between the villages of Moraitika and Messonghi on the Ionian Sea. Guests may reach the small and lively village of Messonghi and bus connections in about 350 m. Corfu Town lies some 20 km away.

Facility

    !We stayed at Canvas by Mitsis Messonghi and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.From the moment we arrived, the welcome was excellent. The staff were friendly, informative, and provided us with all the information we needed about the hotel and facilities.Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Fresh towels were provided, including beach towels, which was a nice touch.What really stood out was the staff. Every member of the team was kind, attentive, and always willing to help. When we had an issue with our luggage, someone was sent immediately to assist us, which showed how much they care about their guests.The food was delicious with a huge variety available every day. There was always something different to try, with plenty of choices for everyone. The desserts were excellent too. Between main meal times, there were additional options such as the panini bar, as well as pizza, pasta, crêpes, and ice cream, so there was never a shortage of food.The entertainment was fantastic. Every evening offered something different, and the kids’ disco was brilliant. My daughter loved it and looked forward to it every night.There are probably many more positive things I could mention, but overall the entire staff made our holiday special. They were always friendly, helpful, and eager to assist whenever needed.I was initially concerned because I had read some negative reviews before booking, but I’m so glad I chose this hotel. Our experience was amazing, and I would happily return in the future.Thank you to everyone for a fantastic holiday!!!❤️

    Fantastic family holiday. The food is a highlight, especially the evening meals. Amazing selection of veg, meat, salads and fish. Great selection of snacks throughout the day - pizza, pasta, salads, crepe, ice cream etc. Drinks the usual generic local offering, but always served quickly and with a smile. The staff are fantastic especially with families. Beautifully maintained grounds and lots of sunbeds. Never an issue finding somewhere to sit - especially at the beach which is huge. Only area for improvement are the rooms in the main hotel. Very dated and in significant need of refurbishment. Also very loud in the evenings - but to be expected on a family break. All in would thoroughly recommend.

    Spotless clean hotel. Food is good. Missing a few speciality restaurants, but all in all good hotel, good location with lovely staff.
