  Exquisite resort with 5 restaurants, multiple pools and beaches, plus watersports amenities on a quiet bay with panoramic views of the sea and Old Town Corfu. Pricing was reasonable and rooms are spacious (especially those with a plunge pool…) Should be 6 star hotel given the attentiveness of the staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the property.

  Stunning hotel with a few improvements to be made .

  What a beautiful hotel with stunning views . We stayed in a superior panoramic sea view room which was lovely and very clean. The cleaning team were also fab. Our cleaner anticipated when we went for breakfast and we always came back to a clean room after eating. The reception team were fantastic and so helpful . The shuttle bus to Corfu old town was also a great addition . A drop off at the marina a few miles away would have been great as taxi there and back was 50euros. Unfortunately for us , we found the restaurant to be very disorganised especially at breakfast with staff seemingly having no specific jobs. We frequently had to clear our table and to ask for coffee and tea . On two occasions no coffee came and we eventually left. The selection of food at breakfast was really good , however the temperature of the cooked items were always lukewarm warm to cold . We witnessed many people complaining however it never really improved . Dinner selection in the restaurant was a varied experience.Never have we seen only one soup available .The salad selections were great and tasty as were the puddings . The mains choice was however, quite limited and again Luke warm. The speciality restaurants had great food and would recommend especially the Asian. The service however wasn’t 5 star in the Italian . We had to ask for dessert menu after a long wait then again for the bill whilst the elderly couple next to us sat for 50mins with their finished pizza before attracting attention of the staff .I have never needed to complain in a 5star hotel before .It’s such a shame as we wanted to love this beautiful hotel but it falls short on service and food . I found it strange reading the other reviews around the time we stayed as it’s not the experience we or many others had . I feel that 3 stars would be a fair rating in some areas and 5 star in others .Hopefully things improve as it’s the start of the season .   Amazing hotel and wonderful location

  Stayed for a week and had a brilliant experience. From arrival through to departure the staff were amazing, always super friendly, attentive and helpful. We had a sea view room with amazing views across to Albania, and it was always kept in immaculate condition by the housekeeping team.The hotel is located at the end of a very quiet peninsula and there is not much closely in terms of restaurants or shops to walk to, however there is an onsite mini market and plenty to do so this was no issue for us.Our holiday package was half board and the main buffet restaurant was always well stocked with lots of variety and the food was always hot, which is unusual for a buffet. We also ate in 2 of the onsite al le carte restaurants which were exceptional.When it came to the facilities and layout of the hotel there was always lots of space as there are several pools and beaches to choose from so it never felt like there was a battle for space and sunloungers. Both pools were beautifully maintained and the main pool is heated to a very pleasant temperature.It's definitely a hotel that I will go back to and have recommended it to friends and family too.   Five-Star Luxury with an Exceptional Team

  An Unforgettable Experience at Corfu ImperialWe stayed at the Imperial Corfu in May, and it was a fabulous experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is truly a five-star accommodation, with beautiful décor throughout. The gardens, pool area, and decking are all lovely and create a very relaxing atmosphere.The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.A special mention goes to the lovely girl at reception, Marilena. She was absolutely wonderful — she remembers guests and asks thoughtful questions that make you feel truly special and valued. That is such a unique quality and really made a difference to our stay.The staff at the bar and restaurants were equally lovely, although unfortunately I do not remember everyone’s names. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable.The hotel also made a special effort for Mother’s Day, which was such a thoughtful touch. The ladies were presented with flowers, and in the evening there was an outdoor screening of Mamma Mia! by the rocks and the sea. The ambiance was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more memorable.A hotel is a hotel, but it is the team that makes it truly special. The Corfu Imperial team does exactly that. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests turn a beautiful hotel into a memorable experience. They made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay, and that is what makes this hotel so special.We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.   Wonderful staff

  What a beautiful hotel in such an idyllic location! We had a glorious week here and look forward to returning. It seems almost de rigeur that we comment on the staff, but from the moment we were welcomed as we stepped out of the taxi, to the moment we left, again accompanied by well-wishing staff, we were uniformly impressed. They were not only professional, knowledgeable and efficient, but it was evident that they really enjoyed interaction with the guests and they played a very significant part in making our holiday so enjoyable.
