  We stayed in this residence a week and it was wonderful starting from the cleanliness l Welcoming and beauty of the rooms we have a 1-year-old girl and a half and had the time of her life with the many games there are for children in the house we had all the comforts air conditioning pots pans spotless towels waffles for coffee snacks and juices available in the fridge all perfect also as a central enough location with 2 supermarkets to walk to pharmacies and also.   Demis apartments is the best property to stay in corfú The owners, Angel and babies are great people. You will be amazed by their warmth and hospitality. Demis's location is great. It is located at the amour canal and the Kalipso shopping mall. The cleaning of the apartments is stunning. You will find every comfort. It is ideal for families as well as for kids like us, because you will be able to drink together with the propietari and close to the apartment you can find many places. I highly recommend this accommodation, you will always stay in the heart of corfu but especially the demis and its owners

  Fantastic little find

  We had a great welcome from Babis (the owner) when we arrived. He spent time going through the local amenities and attractions. Pretty much everything we needed to know. The apartments are a little bit out of town. Nice and quiet and no noise from tavernas or clubs. The room was a good size for the two of us with a nice kitchenette / diner. Lovely patio area including two hammocks!Our room looked out onto the Albanian mountains. We were even treated to fireflies in the evenings near and around the property. During our stay my fiancée became ill and we had to leave early (without our bags!) Babis was very helpful and understanding about this, helping us to make arrangements in order to get our bags sent to Corfu Town, and even called to check how we were doing!

  Quiet location perfect little holiday houses.

  Just got back from our holiday in sidari and we stayed in Demis apartments. We had a two bedroom place. It had a kitchen downstairs with a double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Comfortable for 4 people. It was 10 mins walk away from Sidari centre so was peaceful and quiet which was nice after full on busy days. You could sit outside and just relax. 3 biggest supermarkets within walking distance. Petrol station up the road. Easy access and parking for everyone. Wifi was excellent. The owner lives on site and was very helpful upon arrival and also when in need of anything he was there helping with any questions. Swings and slides and use of a bBq. Our apartment had a little cooker oven a fridge, a kettle and a electric sandwich griddle, all utensils needed if you wanted to cook something, even supplied with hand wash, fairy liquid, toilet rolls and shower gel if you needed it. Cleaning service twice a week and table and chairs both inside and outside on the patio. Not forgetting Air conditioning which we didn't need as much due to the lovely island breeze.The water flow had a mind of its own and sometimes was a little slow and of course you need to put your toilet paper in the bin. Bit this is everywhere in corfu.We had a car so visited many beautiful beaches around corfu and did a day trip to Erikousa, visited corfu centre and hired a boat for a few hours and stopped of at all the beaches for a swim. We did Aqua land and of course all the use of swimming pools around the island which are free to use if you buy lunch or drinks there. You need to drive to visit the island and get a feel for the island. The roads are quite quiet and some of the roads you don't see a car for miles!Owner has thought of everything and we had a lovely quiet and peaceful holiday.If you are looking for sun, sea, peace and tranquillity this is the place to go. If you want busy with noise and lots going on you should be more near the strip where it's loud, has bars and restaurants and all the usual shops.
