  Front desk (Kait, Alessandro, and the rest of the staff behind the desk) are always friendly, respectful, and ready to serve. The breakfast crew is also at the top of their game. Helpful and made sure there was plenty of food for guests. Housekeeping had the room clean as can be and if you needed something, it was at your door before you knew it. Whomever does the hiring needs to train the staff at Hotel Indigo in North Conway. NH. They could use the training.   We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. There had been a mix-up with the initial reservation and we were immediately upgraded to what had to be one of their best rooms! Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful and ensured our experience was a good one. Very clean and well-maintained. Excellent breakfasts. It has the best location for exploring all the surrounding towns. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.   Staff is super friendly and welcoming!! Rooms are bug and beds super comfortable and the pillows! Was quiet. Breakfast delicious with everything and bacon! Pool could have been a little warmer but very bug and great hours 6am- 11 pm and hot tub also was hot.   Our family has been to the Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln numerous times this winter. The service at the front desk is "always" excellent! At each visit I am greeted by either Nick, Alessandro or Kait. They offer consistent professional service. In addition they are friendly, helpful, and courteous. This week at my business in Concord I suggested to a family to stay at the Holiday Inn while they were visiting Lincoln because I know immediately when they walk in the door they will greeted and know that the team at the front desk care about there stay. Nick, Allessandro and Kait always desire to please the guests. They all get a perfect score for terrific service.   A Fantastic Value of a Hotel

  I took a road trip with a friend and we booked a few Holiday Inn Express's for out trip. They are very reasonably priced, clean and friendly. This hotel was excellent. Allejandro who checked us in, and was very helpful and informative. The room was clean and comfortable and we both slept very well. The breakfast was ok, and for the price of the room it was great, with lots of food. We enjoyed this hotel so much, that we booked two more Holiday Express hotels when we changed our itinerary. Highly recommend especially if you're on a. budget.
