    Exceptional Stay: Great Location, Quiet Rooms, and Above-and-Beyond Service

    Really convenient and comfortable hotel. Our stay was incredibly memorable due to multiple facts:- Early checking in at around noon. Reception staff were super attentive and spoke perfect English- Breakfast buffet included was really convenient from 6.30am. Food was great- Room was big and bed super comfortable with multiple pillows. No sound from other rooms or the corridor- Sanlitun shops and restaurants are 15 minute walk away- Jngzun restaurant specialised in Peking duck right in front of hotelA final big shout out to Ben Chen and Lancy for shipping the medicines I had left at the room's fridge. They reached out to me and sent the medicines to the hotel I was staying in in Shanghai 2 days later. They really went above and beyond here and I'm deeply grateful!

    We had a wonderful stay here on our trip to Beijing. Room was clean. The staff was attentive. Special thank to Vency at reception; helpful and kind. Breakfast was various and delicious. Location was great; easy to find restaurants and supermarkets. Hotel's restaurant also offered all day dining until 22.00 hrs (not really sure). Overall was great!!

    We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated that coffee was always available in the lobby, and the staff had translator devices for more complex conversations. There were also able to quickly get us a taxi during rush hour, for which we were thankful.Some suggestions:- The allergen labeling cards at the breakfast are a total joke. I have to eat gluten free, and I saw MANY items that clearly had gluten (like bread) listed as gluten free. This is not a safe space for people with allergies.- I think we can to manually scroll up to channel 60 on the TV before we found one in English. Dispersing them a bit might be more respectful to international tourists.- The luggage storage service was appreciated, but a bit insecure. Our luggage was left adjacent to the lobby all day, and when we returned for it, the staff were all busy, so we just went in and took our luggage. No one asked any questions. Basically, anyone could have taken it. It'd be nice if they put the luggage in the back, behind a closed/locked door, for security.

    I liked the room. It was spacious. The staff was friendly. The hotel has self service laundry. Need to go to the front desk for tokens to use it. The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of options. My only issue with this hotel was that it was far from the metro subway stations. It’s at least a 15-20 min walk to get to the station. Other than that it was a great deal.

Both in the infrastructure of the Hotel but especially the Attention of its EmployeesThe truth is that it is a very good hotel, since it has an excellent location near Sanlitum, very comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast and unbeatable service.I especially want to mention Zhang, Denise, who did everything in her power to solve my problem since I forgot a hard drive in the room and I realized it once I left China. I am eternally grateful, Denise, for your commitment to being able to solve my problem.
