  Perfect base for exploring Taipei

  Don’t be put off by the dimly lit entrance and black-mirrored lobby upon arriving. This is a perfect place to stay, beginning with the exceptionally helpful staff who will welcome you. The location is ideal, a short walk from the main train station, every manner of mass transit, and an outpost of the best department store in town — Shin Kong Mitsukoshi — with its wonderful basement food court full of delicious options. All is spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable, linens and towels of good quality, shower water pressure and temperature great, soundproofing sufficient. I would recommend going for one of the larger rooms because the Classic Double is compact and prices are so reasonable to begin with. Highly recommended.

  Great hotel and centrally located in walking distance of taipei main staion and ximindeng nightmarkets ect:.Easy check in experience was lucky enough for early check in at around midday after arriving in taiwan at 5am.Friendly staff and helpful when needed and happy to have a quick chat when enquiring about certain day plan and always recieved a greeting exiting/entering the foyer daily Green hotel so rooms cleaned every third day for your consecutive stays as will the water bottles will replaced also tho free coffee/hot chocs ect available whenever at recpetion.Otherwise 7/11 few doors down and being the themed peanuts(charlie brown snoppy) to make it abit more special other wise hi life across the road direct from front door and a family mart also close by tho not going to starve and not find a shop close by being in a great spot for what ever is you desire. Also great cheap dumpling shop(20twd)next door to hotel on the left very cheap and delicpus pork,cabbage ect dumpling which i got for breakfast early every morning that place i miss still thinking about itComfortable room decent sizing for me and son to walk around with a couple of carry on suit cases still in the corner.Very quiet room on the 5th floor and no outside noise when the windows shut and suprisingly quiet still when the window was ajar even with the traffic showing street views and oposite its neighbouring sister hotel relax 2.which i enjoyed watching from the window seat whilst doing business work in my free timeBedding was comfortable and soft with choice of hard/soft pillowsShower pressure was perfect and easily adjustable with very good hot water flow same kind of handles as japan if you alre already have used them.Room also offers usual items like safe,fridge,kettle and water cannister to fill up at reception level if needed at the filtered water machine.Laundry available on basement for 5x10twd(coins) 2 washing machined and 2 dryers available which take about 40 mins to wash and the high heat on dryer will have the load dry in about the same time never had to fill the coins up twice with 2 loads of clothes per wash..tho on the odd occurence like on last day the washing machine was out of order but are abke to walk across to hotel 2 across the road and use there machines no dramas at all to finalise the washing before packing it for my departure just as friendly and helpfulVery happy hotel stay especially for 1dt timers and easily to locate from taipei main station(couple streets over/under 5 mins)and would/will comeback again due to its closeness to everything and great comfortable stay.

  The best customer service I have ever experienced in all my travels. Location is superb as it is 5 min walk from train and subway stations. Rooms are large and well laid out. Wish they had a restaurant that supplied breakfast. We would definitely return. Thank you Sheena and Peter.

  Very clean place, nicely furnished, comfortable, convenient location, walking distance to Ximending night market and good food accessible.Also walking distance from Taipei main train station. Would recommend to people coming to taipei

  Thanks to property staff and manager, such as Joseph and Yumi, who made it possible for our 10 days stay at Relax3 a wonderful and fun vacation in Taipei. It was our 6 weeks of Taiwan immersion and we picked a few high end and mid size hotels and this one was sure to please. From centrally located to transportation and foodies such as Ximending to cleanliness of hotel to the impeccable customer service. Well worth its value. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks,coffee bar as well as beer a lot. Joseph gave our family of three many favorable suggestions and even helped us pick up an important Taipei treat to take back home, pineapple cakes! We loved staying here and will surely return as my sister in law who was born here and returns every year couldn’t stop complimenting the assistance of the staff!
