  Amazing holiday for the price we paid

  My friend and I stayed here for a week in the summer and only paid around £190 each for the whole holiday. For that price we weren’t expecting somewhere as good as this, close enough to the strip to still go out every night, the staff were amazing all week, very attentive and always up for a chat, food is brilliant and it is a quiet area for when you just want to relax at the pool or get a good nights sleep. Would recommend this hotel to people who aren’t bothered about what their accommodation is like and are looking more for a party holiday.

  When we arrived the man the greeted us was very forceful in the way he spoke. On our first night we realised the toilet didn’t flush which I will admit was fixed promptly after we complained. We had no hot water the whole time we were there, the dogs were barking all night, our room was infested downstairs with red ants. There were three young boys who threw a lime through our bedroom window which hit my friend in the head and caused her a lot of pain, our air conditioning didn’t work and when we eventually got it to turn on it made the light flicker however it still produced no cold air. After paying several hundred pound for our room we were charged an extra £2.50 of tax when we checked in. Overall our experience wasn’t good and we shall not be returning.

  Facilities are less than basic. The room was absolutely filthy. There was an ants nest outside the room, and the ants and other insects invaded the room all the time. Cleaning (Now thats a laugh) 1 lady came in and sloshed a dirty mop around the floor. Dogs were barking all night. The pool was good to start off but after 3 days they stopped cleaning it and the pool area in general.The smoke alarm started going off in the middle of the night, so I reported it. A man came over and took it out!!Overall I would say DON'T STAY THERE.I have had to give this review a 1 star, however, if I could I would give it a ZERO.

  Well where do I start the rooms are cleaned with bins changed each day .. the staff are amazing every single one of them! Sok is fantastic ! Nothing is too much trouble ! If u like animals then this is definitely the place to be for your holiday ! I will attach a couple of photos of the animals on site! Located in a quiet little area with about 10-15 minutes walk to the main strip so it’s perfect for both a relaxed holiday or a busy party one. We had a thunder storm 3 days on our holiday and yet the staff there simply turned into something positive which was great ! 100% recommend you go !

  I understand that you normally get what you pay for; however the description on the website is not accurate. The hotel is not well looked after, as shower not in proper working order. Cleaning minimal, definitely not self catering, as 1 enormous pot, 1 pan without spatula, and we were moved 2 days within our stay to a room without a kettle. By the time you realise that, you have to wait until the morning to request one. WiFi signal very poor, aircon very expensive. Towels not changed regularly, and food poor. The hotel is at the very edge of the town, and half an hour walk from anywhere. The noise from the bar is also very annoying. Feral cats and dogs everywhere. Not a good experience
