    The Good , the Bad & the Ugly

    Oh boy where do I start ? The Good -- The Staff were brilliant very helpful(except for one time), very Friendly, very jolly etc The pool and the surrounding area with the gardens are totally awesome , the views were breathtaking .The breakfasts were outstanding and the snacks during day were great too eg sandwiches , burgers etc The Bad-- The rooms are way too small , especially the shower as one guest called it a "phone booth shower" the TV did not work properly ( I could live with that but partner not so much!!!) the Bathroom floor always seemed to wet and slippery. There is good side hill before you get to the Reception/Entrance , your Calf muscles will be tested !! Elder people be careful.Ugly-- Our room which was on the ground floor had some nasty visitors namely mosquitos, ants etc my partner was bitten at least 4 times which resulted to a visit to the local Chemist for creams , I did mention it to a member of the staff and to be honest their response was not very helpful to say the least( the only fault I could find against the staff) as a result my partner was very angry ( a woman's fury !!!!)and my partner also claims the sheets were never changed yes the beds were made up but the sheets were not changed. To sum it up - I would go back again to Yannis yes with certain reservations but my partner no way !!!!!!!!!

    Great little hotel.Breakfast more than adequate.Rooms cleaned everyday.Staff very helpful.100 m to beach, bars, tavernas.Do try the 3 brothers bar.Don't use lords transfers from the airport as they drop you off at the main road and you have to walk with your bags to the hotel.

    This hotel was recommended by a friend that lives in Corfu. I’m not sure we would have found it otherwise as it isn’t on that many sites. There weren’t many other English people there, it was mostly Spanish and Italian which we actually really liked. It’s a lovely quiet hotel high up so has a lovely view of mountains and sea. The hotel and surrounding grounds are very clean and tidy. Friendly staff, good size rooms, working showers, good wifi in rooms and gardens / pool area. nice buffet breakfast, rvs in rooms with availability to connect to Netflix , Amazon and Disney Plus. Good choice of drinks at the bar which is open 9am-10pm. Very limited snack menu with no Greek food on it which was only negative. Buses down the hill (5 min walk) to anywhere you’d want to go. Car hire, water sports etc all also a 5 minute walk away. We will definitely be back.

    This is a really nice relaxing, private hotel. Our room was clean and modern with an adequate balcony and a magnificent view over Ipsos and the bay beyond. The pool area is in a beautiful setting surrounded with grass and trees with plenty of shaded areas to cool off. The breakfast was fine and we were always satisfied but they should think about buying a toaster as this was the only thing missing. The staff are friendly and helpful which was much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

    A lovely family run hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff. The staff were more than happy to help with booking taxis, bus timetables, etc. the taxi service they booked for us from the airport to the hotel was brilliant and very organised. The room itself was immaculate and relatively spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the rest of the hotel with views of the sea. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with a wide selection of fruit, traditional Greek hot food, cakes and pastries, yogurt and salad bits as well as juice, water and hot drinks, all of which were delicious. The pool and bar area was also brilliant with plenty of seating around the pool as well as food available to order to your seat which was also very good. The hotel is located very close to the beach (only about a 2 minute walk) and shops and supermarkets along Ipsos which was very convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Ipsos.
