Facility

The complex has 411 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, diving, water aerobics, aquafit and parasailing. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing and snorkelling. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga, aerobics and pilates. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and anti-ageing treatments and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. At the hotel offers excellent facilities for leisure and relaxation, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a nightclub.

Meals

The dining area includes 8 restaurants and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    A very pleasant hotel

    Overall, my wife (Polish) and I (British) were very happy with our stay at the Eleana Beach Hotel. The food, in particular, is excellent. We were on half-board package and you can eat plenty at breakfast and dinner without needing to eat even more at lunchtime. The food is plentiful and a very varied selection of delicious Greek dishes.The staff are very pleasant, hard-working and helpful and the hotel is very clean. Our only negative is about the entertainment. Most of the hotel guests are German (c. 80-90%) and the entertainment is somewhat geared towards them, plus the kids and their dancing to songs (the same every evening) should finish earlier in the evening.However, overall this is one of the best hotels for its **** level in Corfu and we would definitely recommend it.

    The good things: staff are lovely, the weather was gorgeous, the rooms and hotel itself is cleanThe not so good things: the beds are very thin and dead uncomfortable, the hill you HAVE to walk down to get in town is pretty steep (we found by the 3rd day we were used to it) but it's not ideal for people that dont like walking up steep hills
