Location

The aparthotel is situated in a peaceful area just outside Kavos, and by the beach in the Aspro Kavos area. It is surrounded by 1.6 hectares of landscaped gardens by the sea. Links to the public transport network are some 500 m from the residence. The nearest terminals are Corfu International Airport, which is 45 km away, and the Lefkimi port, which is 7 km away.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 50 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room and medical assistance are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. A telephone and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the apartment hotel, including tennis, table tennis, billiards and a spa.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can dine at the non-smoking restaurant, which includes a separate area for smokers (high chairs are available). Half board is offered as a catering option. A continental breakfast gives guests many appetising reasons to get out of bed in the morning. Delicious set menus are available at lunch and dinner.

    We stayed at the koulours 18 years ago, with our children, and had a great time then , and it didn’t disappoint this time. Thomas and all the staff are doing an amazing job, from spotless rooms, great service at reception and bar , to great food.     Pool area good,rooms are absolutly abismall crawling in ants,had room fumagated 3 times,holes in the mattess where ants probably nesting,and when confronted reception got told its our own fault for keeping room like a pig sty,Owner and bar manager very abrupt,Do not book this hotel under any circumstances you will be eaten alive, Air conditioning doesnt keep room cool you have to dance in the shower to get wet,no tv,no wardrobes for clothes and once you have used the toilet roll you have to buy your own only allowed 1 a week, Mr Thomas K, at Koulouris Beach Hotel, responded to this review We were sure you would write a bad review after you threatened our staff with it when your demand for money was refused. Your room was left in such a disgusting state that even farm animals would have rejected it. Food on and under the beds, chocolate and candy everywhere… of course the ants enjoyed it. No hotel cleaning can stop pests when guests create their own buffet.Housekeeping replaces toilet rolls every two days and reception always provides more free of charge. Nobody is limited to one a week.Our staff remained polite and professional throughout. When our receptionist showed you the video evidence of the mess you left behind, you simply took your bags and walked out of reception without saying a word.For clarity, all prices are in euro since we are in Corfu Greece. A pint of beer costs 4 euro and a can of Coke 3.5 euro.We offer a clean and welcoming environment, but no hotel can compete with guests who treat their room like a rubbish bin.

    Wow what an amazing holiday, firstly the room was clean and had everything we needed for a room only hotel, the pool area is fantastic and whatever time you got there you would always find a sunbed, the bar is 24hrs and drinks are reasonably priced, twice a day there is happy hour lol, food was good too and pizza’s are 24hrs too! but the most important thing about the hotel are the staff! Veronica my darling you were there to help whenever and it was amazing talking to you, ti voglio bene mille, Alexandra you are lovely and wish you all the best x you girls work hard, Abistolis aka Basil we love you, you were always there to help us and loved chatting to you.
