    I stay here frequently for work, and it is consistently a clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel. The staff is always friendly, and there is plenty of parking, which makes things easy.The setting in an office park is a bit unusual, but it is conveniently located near several chain restaurants just down the road.The only minor downside is that breakfast service at the bistro can be a bit slow in the mornings. That said, the person usually working the front is very friendly and helps make up for the wait.Overall, it is a solid and reliable choice for what I need.

    Do not trust this location to honor a reservation. Third party booking or not, they cancelled our reservation without calling us or the booking site and ruined our trip completely. They offered no help and said that overbooking was not their fault and they could only tell us the names of other hotels in the area. The front desk and management do not care about anything but profit. Would give zero stars if I could.

    Greetings from Iceland. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly. In my opinion, it should be rated 4 stars. I would stay again and recommend it. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Netflix and Starbucks are in the room.

    Everything was fabulous !The Bistro was beyond expectations the food was fabulous and the drinks were great , the staff was very attentive and friendly. We gave our compliments to the chef for the amazing French onion soup and he actually came out to thank us

    Had to stay here as part of a soccer tournament. Strange location in a dark, what appears to be abandoned, office park. Room was large with good a/c but bathroom had a lot of black hairs in the shower upon check in. Called downstairs to ask for more towels and shower to be re-cleaneed, was told housekeeping had left for the day.... Last night get back to our room from the team dinner and our toilet was almost overflowing and clogged, again called downstairs to ask for maintenance and was told no maintenance until morning. Our choices per the front desk were wait until morning or they could offer us a plunger and attempt to clear it ourselves..... that's a first. Upon check out this morning, asked to speak to the manager, of course no manager on duty. Left my number at 8:15am, still no call and it's after 2pm. I've emailed the tournament director to remove this hotel from the list for future tournaments.
