Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and singles, this romantic hotel lies in Agios Ioannis, near the sea.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 70 suites. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service and a hotel doctor.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a queen-size bed.     Beautiful place, friendly staff but not sure we would return

    Firstly the hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed bed and breakfast and had an outdoor whirlpool and very large outdoor space which was the highlight of our stay. There are a few restaurants overlooking the sea across from the hotel where we dined every evening, they were good value for money and somewhere we loved visiting. Breakfast was very relaxed and enjoyable but sometimes service was slow. We sometimes had lunch by the pool but found this to be quite expensive, especially with drinks. We could always get a sun lounger by the pool and only visited the beach once, the hotel down the road has a much better sandy beach. The downside for us was the walk to the rooms, it would have been nice if especially the older people were offered lifts instead of having to ask, especially when they are passing them anyway. Whilst the holiday was very relaxing, it could have done with more entertainment and found it quite boring. We did venture out a couple times, taxis are very expensive but the bus which comes outside the hotel is very good price. The views from the hotel are beautiful and sitting in our tub at night looking out to the sea was very special, but unless there was more atmosphere and entertainment I'm not sure I would return.     A good holiday with lovely staff, but not 5 star food.

    The hotel overall was a little disappointing, mainly due to the underwhelming food on offer in the evenings. For a five star hotel the food was unimaginative with limited meat and fish selections in the evening. On two nights out of seven the main meat option was chicken drum sticks!! Unacceptable for a five star resort. The seafood on offer was also cheap, with no sign of prawns. Food was constantly just warm, with even the heated plates being barely warm. If you like your food/coffee hot, then this is not the hotel for you. We were in room 245 which had a constant smell of damp and frequent water noises from the jacuzzi in the room above ours. Our silicon ear plugs came in handy.The staff were very attentive and eager to help in just about every way, so a big thankyou to all the staff at the resort.The pool area was lovely and the one lunch we had around the pool on our last day was fab. Location wise, there is not a great deal to do in and around the resort and we felt the hotel should offer more frequent and varied entertainment in the evenings, especially a happy hour, which would make drinks more affordable and the resort more sociable. That said, the Greek evening was enjoyable although this is usually at extra cost. Car rental from the hotel was easy and well priced. This is a perfectly good adults only hotel but more of a 4 star than a 5 star, especially when the evening buffet food is taken into account.
