  Just a one night stay though we wished it would have been longer 😊

  The owners are very welcoming and easy going. Would love to come back!Nice pool area, rooms are clean and spacious enough.You need to have a car though since it is a bit away from any beaches, restaurants and shops. There is free parking behind the hotel.

  Me my hubby and son stayed here 2 weeks just came back Nikos and his wife very kind and friendly and helpful apartments cleaned every day of the week all I will say is we really enjoyed our holiday even though our flight was delayed there and my hubby had to go 3 am to buy water and juice from a local bar up the road 120 for air con but we really needed that as was 35 to 37 degrees every day and warm at night away from what we call crazy kavos which was good loved the drinks swimming pool and loved that we could relax alot thank you to Nikos and wife would definitely recommend 😀

  I booked due to the good reviews on trip advisor and booking.com. The place is nice - great pool and sun beds, simple but spacious rooms which were clean and well-maintained. The bathroom is more of a wet room which is fine however there was no fitting to hold the shower hose so you had to hold it all the time and the towel- rail to hold the towels was broken in my room. (Room 13) I also found it a bit disappointing that there was no complimentary small bottle of water or even some hand soap in the bathroom! It’s also ‘self-catering’ but they only give you a couple of plates and knives and forks, there isn’t a lot of cooking equipment, only 1 frying pan. And no soap or sponge to wash anything up!There wasn’t a huge selection of food there - burger, omelette, pizza, salad etc. I ate there once and had the pork souvlaki which was cooked very well and tasted nice. The location is ok but I’d definitely recommend hiring a car/bike/quad. There is only a couple of bars/restaurants within walking distance (10-15mins and there is no pavement and it’s not well lit in the evening) It’s also right on the main road with motorbikes and cars racing past so it’s not exactly peaceful when you’re trying to relax by the pool. It’s a 6-8 mins drive to the Kavos strip (8 euros in a cab) and 6-8 mins drive to Lidl supermarket (in the opposite direction) I asked for late check out as my flight wasn’t until late evening and they charged me 20 euros. This was a shame as being in a very quiet hotel at the beginning of September, it would have been nice to waive this fee as a gesture of nice hospitality and goodwill. All in all, I enjoyed my stay but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

  We stayed at Niko's Villas for 7 nights at the end of August.We expected budget accommodation, a quiet location, clean rooms, a lovely pool in a location which may need some kind of transport visit local eateries etc... we got exactly what we expected and paid for.Niko and family were very accommodating and welcoming, the breakfasts and snack bar food was of good quality and the bar was very well stocked. The owners kept out of the guests way unless asked for something to which they always obliged.The pool was fantastic, very quiet, clean and in the 35 degrees heat was exactly what we wanted.The rooms were basic but very clean and functional with a basic bathroom. The fridge was on a different electric supply to the room so was always on (nice touch). Decent size balcony and chargeable aircon (50€ per week).We hired a scooter (Road Runner hire in kavos) on day two as as realised restaurants and better beaches were more than a walk away and we wanted to explore. There are some breathtaking places to visit on the coasts of corfu... definitely recommend hiring a vehicle.Overall the holiday was great with no issues at all with the accommodation or location and the holiday was well worth the money we paid.Thank you Niko and family from your guests in room 11.

  Avoid these scammers

  I stayed at Nikos Villa with my family including my kids and mom. On arrival I was asked to pay €100 for air con. I was quite confused as I remembered when I paid for the room ac was included. They were adamant it was not and was quite dismissive and rude about it. So I paid only to find out later from the booking company that AC price was included. What a scam!!The rooms on their site said recently refurbished. NO IT WAS NOT. The bed frames were new, apart from that everything was old, dirty and broken. Kitchen fixtures were mouldy and water damaged. No shower holder - so had to literally hold shower head while taking a shower. Toilet rails, door was broken. Had to clean after the Cleaning lady as she used the same piece of cloth (which smelled like something sinister and unholy ) to wipe toilet fixtures, kitchen and all other surfaces. Anything you ask the owner would dismiss. The stay was so bad that I couldn’t wait for the holiday to finish. I wasted precious time, money on this holiday. Not a single good thing about the place apart from the pool. Stay away if you are going with your family and not interested in getting scammed. This is definitely a 1 star hotel/villa!!!
