  We stayed here in June, then again in August so obviously we liked it. The room we had in June had a wonderful air conditioning system, in August we were in another room, the air conditioner didn't work so we had to ask the front desk, the manager attended the room and was able to fix it. This air conditioning system wasn't as good as the last but still good. We had a late flight out in our June visit, because the room wasn't booked that day, we were able to use our deposit to keep the room for the day until our flight. Rooms where clean, they didn't have any do not disturb signs if you didn't want anybody entering your room, housekeeping did not attend every day. When you check in you need to pay the tourist tax, the deposit, safe and the air con all in cash so would definitely recommend ensuring you have the cash available upon arrival. Air con was $10 per day, i can't remember how much the safe was. The hotel was quiet. We paid for breakfast on our first stay, nobody ever mentioned where to get breakfast, the only tables to eat food are near the bar so maybe breakfast is meant to be served there but it's my fault for not questioning it, we just ate elsewhere instead as prices cheap anyway. We didn't spend much time by the pool, but when we did it was nice and quiet. We are returning this year

  Well positioned and friendly.Just a couple of points:Wi-Fi is advertised, but is completely useless in your room so make sure you keep an eye on your data!Also they want a cash deposit when you check in, (€50) which wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked. This is on top of the expected tourist tax.Air-con is also €10 per day (also cash only).

  Very nice apartments if your looking for basic and close to the action of Kavos. Would be 5 stars if the pool area was sorted.

  Very basic but very clean, the staff were friendly and Demitry was very accomadting.The pool area was in bad need of refurbishment (tiles breaking off and leaving sharp edges). The hotel demanded 50 deposit, and the air-conditioning was €10 per day.

  First of all, I have to say this about the hotel: absolutely and definitely, if you have a dream about the sea and swimming in the sea, please give it up. The beach where this hotel is located stretches for kilometers on both sides, and whether you go left or right, there is extraordinary seaweed and pollution. The people writing that the sea is beautiful are the hotel’s own staff and acquaintances. If you like, search the sea of the Kavos area on the internet and you will see how right I am.In addition, the hotel’s location is about 40 km away from the airport. On such a touristic island, there is a terrible, prehistoric road. Therefore, it takes on average 1.5 hours by taxi to reach the airport if there is no traffic, and this costs you about 90 euros. So, if you are thinking of staying in this area, again I say: definitely forget about swimming in the sea, because the sea is terribly dirty, full of seaweed, and awful. Also, because of its distance from the airport, you will spend a terribly boring 1.5-hour trip, keep that in mind.Now, about the hotel itself. The rooms were generally clean. There is a small pool, but it is only open at certain hours, so if you want to swim late at night, you cannot. The breakfast at the hotel is not a buffet, you order and it comes on your plate, and to me this is a disadvantage. You cannot choose your breakfast as you like. I have been to dozens of hotels, but this feature of the hotel is, in my opinion, a very serious minus.In addition, there is a practice I have never seen in any country or hotel: to use the air conditioner in your room, you have to pay an extra 10 euros per night. Let’s say you stayed five nights, they charge you an extra 50 euros just for running the air conditioner. The reason for this is ridiculous and unjustifiable, you cannot explain it. Because the people in front of you are not reasonable, so either leave the hotel or accept paying this money.Furthermore, there is another practice I cannot understand: they charge every guest a 50-euro deposit!!! I did not understand the reason for this either.By the way, I want to give some information about the Kavos area where the hotel is located. Generally, the people coming are young English tourists between the ages of 20 and 30. Since they want a cheap holiday and do not care much about quality, over 90% of the environment is English. I saw very few families coming to that area. The nightclubs along the road are extremely mediocre and low-quality.If I had to rate the hotel out of ten, frankly I would give it five.

  I really recommend Oazis Beach club -a lovely, boutique hotel. We were 5 girls and got a big and comfy room, the pool was super clean, and breakfast was great.The best part was the amazing service – Dimitrios, the owner, gave us personal help, tips, and helped arrange trips, taxis and sport attractions in Kavos .The hotel is so close to beach about 1 minutes walking and from the center!, which made everything easy and fun.I’m sure I’ll come back to beautiful Kavos – and I’ll definitely stay here again!
