Amazing stay – can’t wait to return!

    rating27 Mar 2026

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Paleokastritsa Palace Hotel (formerly Paleo ArtNouveau) several times, and it truly feels like a second home to me. Every visit has been absolutely wonderful, and I’m already counting down the days until I return again this June! The location is simply breathtaking — perched above the stunning bay of Paleokastritsa, with panoramic views of crystal-clear turquoise waters and lush green hills. Waking up to that view never gets old.The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of charm. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing — perfect for a dreamy getaway. The food is another highlight. Delicious, fresh, and full of variety, with something for everyone. Every meal feels like a treat, especially when enjoyed with such incredible views. But what truly makes this place special is the staff. They are warm, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. Their kindness and professionalism make every stay unforgettable.I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel more — it’s a little piece of paradise that keeps calling me back year after year ❤️

    Fabulous Adult only Hotel.

    rating20 Oct 2025

Amazing hotel in every respect. Friendly, professional reception staff. Upgraded to a Sea View room on arrival. Room great with stunning view from balcony. Rooms cleaned daily with change of towels.Unfortunately, my husband was unwell on the first day of our holiday. Reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Receptionist phoned local Doctor and arranged an appointment within the hour. Unbelievable service.Events organisers, Margarita & Martinia were very enthusiastic in running stretch classes each morning, board games, darts etc with Bingo & Dance nights.Pool area, calming & clean, sun beds always available.Restaurant: food quality and choice was exceptional at every meal, as we were all inclusive. Efficient, pleasant, helpful staff in the restaurant, tables cleared & cleaned immediately.A brilliant holiday for my husband and I at this adult only hotel. Great location to various beaches. Corfu Aquarium, Boat trips to caves, Monastery & Donkey Sanctuary. We would definitely recommend.

    Einfach wunderschön

    rating17 Oct 2025

My son and I spent 4 wonderful nights at this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. The location and the view are simply stunning — peaceful and perfectly situated to explore the area. Both pools were great, and we loved the variety and quality of the restaurant options. The service overall was excellent — everyone was kind and attentive. We even had the fortune to watch a spectacular lightning storm from our balcony — an unforgettable moment! What really made our stay special, though, were the amazing girls Margherita and Martina. Their warmth, smiles and genuine care made us feel at home from the very first day. They added such a personal and joyful touch to our experience. We are truly grateful for their kindness.Highly recommended — we would happily come back! 🌿✨

    Corfu is a must see.

    rating12 Oct 2025

Loved this hotel from start to finish. Room - Clean,2 single beds - which were pushed together and covered with a double sheet after asking.Safe - requires key Mini fridgeKettle and tea and coffeeTvBalcony - 4th floor - fantastic viewStaff - All so lovely and helpful. All inclusive- Food was lovely. Great choice.Sandwiches and wraps available at the pool bars between meals. If you book away for the day, you can get a takeaway lunch - order the day before.Bar - local spirits, red and white wine ( not Rose) beer and minerals available with the all inclusive til 11pm (5 euro after 11pm)Cocktails not included. These were half price if all inclusive for 5/6euro.Entertainment Daily - Darts by the pool Dancing, bingo, karaoke, quiz and Greek dancing in the bar in the evenings.Special MentionsVasilis the bar man who is so very nice and works hard. I’m sure he was glad of the rest when we left.Simos and Paraskevi (Voula) - the lovely couple who work so hard in the restaurant and are always happy, smiling and welcoming.Christos who can be found working in the restaurant and later in the bar collecting glasses. Always very nice.Angelos on the roof top bar. So very very nice.Marguerite and Martina the 2 lovely Italian girls are the entertainment team. Just lovely girls who try their best to keep everyone happy (not an easy job)These are the few we got to know by name but all of the staff are so pleasant and helpful. A big well done to all the kitchen staff for the beautiful food. Delicious xThis hotel or indeed this area of Corfu is not suited to anyone with mobility issues or very unfit. It is built on the edge of a mountain and there are steps everywhere you go. Bus Stop - outside hotel (literally at the bottom of the road up to hotel. It’s not obvious. There is a green line bus time table on one side of the road (hotel side) but the bus to Corfu town stops on the opposite side where there is no indication of a bus stop. You get in the back door of the bus for Corfu Town. It costs €2.50 each way and you need to pay in cash. Bus time table available at reception. The last bus back from Corfu Town was at 7pm Mon-Sun The first bus to Corfu Town is 7.15am Mon- Saturday and 9.20am on Sunday. The buses run roughly every hour between these times.Airport - if bus times suit, take a bus to Corfu Town to the last stop Green lines bus station, and then catch a bus at the road in front of the Green lines bus station to the airport (no 15.) First bus is €2.50 per person. No.15 bus to airport is €2.00 per person. So €4.50 per person will get you to the airport if Bus times suit. Taxi - we arrived at midnight so had to take a taxi and we were charged €55.00 There were 4 of us.Definitely visit the Monastery down the road and the lovely beaches all around. And Corfu old town is just fabulous. We will return.

    Not somewhere I would recommend

    rating12 Oct 2025

Staff were ok, some more than others, a few looked like it would kill them to actually smile. Rooms were tiny very little space especially wardrobe space.Food not what we expected, most I would have at home, visiting Greece I'd expect greek food, but sadly not, if you want greek food then venture out from the hotel, plus food rather repetitive. The steps are never ending, even from the car park/ drop off point upto the hotel, some steps are steep and rather unkempt in need of maintaining. Not somewhere I will visit again and not somewhere I would recommend. The only plus point from this hotel is the views from certain points. As for it's 4 star rating, I have no idea how this is classed as 4 star, personally I'd say 2 star at best, I'd read it has had some renovation in the past year but struggled to see where.Personal recommendation is to avoid.Wouldnt class bingo or music as entertainment
