  Well it was ok but not brilliant, I wouldn’t recommend going half board as you get same starter and most days were chips and no pudding so if was you think someone else that does buffet dinner and don’t expect a home cooked breakfast and very limited choice,The only good thing about this hotel really was not far from central of kavos from short distance to bars and not far from beach Staff were nice and friendly but as said I would think about doing hb I would recommend self catering or just breakfast if was me Bit dispointed and will complaining to teletext as not a 3 star more likely a 1

  If you're fine with loud music till at least 3 am, a hard bed in a room you don't really want to spend time in, and a shower that slightly smells like mold, this hotel will serve its purpose for the cheap price.But if you actually want to sleep, expected breakfast that's more than just cheese, sausage and bread, and expect more than chicken nuggets + fries when you've booked half-board, you might want to reconsider.Staff was friendly enough, although the main receptionist wasn't available until the evening. Sunbeds that belong to the hotel are free at least, but the owner of the bar next to it ("Florida") is a bit of a creep. I'd advise against traveling alone as a female.

  We arrived at Panela Beach not really knowing what we had let ourselves in for, we are older ladies and when we stepped off the coach at approx 1am were we in for a big shock!! We were given a room, but did not get much sleep as this hotel is so close to the strip. Next morning we me Georgia, what a lovely lady, she spoke to 'the boss' (who was typical Greek gentleman and lovely!) she arranged for us to be moved to the Panela Beach Annex Apartments. This was about 200m along the road and so peaceful. We were able to use all the facilities of the Alexandra Hotel (just past the go-cart track) Staff at this hotel were lovely. All in all we had a lovely holiday, Special thanks to Georgia who was amazing! and 'the boss' who was lovely. Panela Beach is only for the young, especially in August. We will never forget our holiday in Kavos.

  We have been staying in this hotel for a week in July. It is very close to the beach-you walk straight from the reception to the beach bar and to the beach. However the beach is quite dirty with a lot of trash lying around (mostly from party animals staying here). The room is nice, except the bathroom -it is not very clean- but there are a lot of mosquitos. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get breakfast, but it is mostly the same every day.

  I went on holidays with my gf to corfu and we booked this hotel as part of a deal. The whole experience was a nightmare since we arrive. In first place, its FAR, to get to Kavos is aprox. 1.5 hours from the airport by car. A taxi will charge you aprox. 90 euros. Second, its unbelievably NOISY, there are one bar next to the hotel which you can hear it in your room until 5 am and the beach bar from the hotel which starts to play loud music from 12 pm until 5am so I couldn't sleep at all. Third, the pictures of the hotel LIE about how it is in reality. They have no pool and no double bed as they show in pictures, they have only twin beds, so for couples is not meant. The last, the reception girl is a total B, she yelled at me when I asked for a more quiet room or change from a twin-bed room to a double-bed room. She is not qualified to be at a receptionist.In the end, we couldn't stand one night there.
