  Rooms a fair size for a holiday but in desperate need of some updating. The mattresses saw their last days at least 5 years ago the springs are coming through with vengeance. It’s the best place for pool parties so should be spending some of that hard earned taking on getting more people to stay there.

  AVOID AVOID AVOID DIRTY HOTEL DRUGED UP BALLOON PEOPLE ALL DAY AND NIGHT On arrival you get told you have to pay for damage deposit and the cleaner in cash only no cards taken and AC is £8 per day I was taken out of the hotel to the ATM to get cash out to pay this.I booked self catering, I was taken from the hotel up the road, down a dark walk way round the back of a restaurant to a apartment and was left outside to find my way in. In the apartment if you can call it that, it was disgusting DIRTY, smelly everything was broken, there was nothing for self catering I only had a kettle cup and spoon. I found my way back to the hotel and complained but was told all the rooms are the same and that's what you get , you can't change rooms, next day I looked round the pool was dirty the sunbeds are all damage or broken the hotel is dirty and the toilets were disgusting everywhere is DRUGED UP PEOPLE ON BALLOONS OR WEED 24hrs per day , you can't get any sleep as there banging on the doors or vomiting, shouting or fighting . The photos and discussion advertised must be 30 years ago as its nothing like it , the holiday rep was no help and when I asked if there was a nice sandy beach or anywhere else to go and see the rep and the hotel staff said no this is it, after a Google I found some trips away and a lovely beach away from the DRUGED up people, the cleaner came ONCE to change the towels but only after I complained and I was watching them the hole holiday and never did they have a mop and bucket. You will be eaten by the bugs day and night. IF YOU LIKE NO SLEEP, TAKEING DRUGS AND DIRTY EVERYTHING THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.

  Party hotel, cheap and cheerful, very noisy.

  Wanted a cheap base to explore Corfu and this seemed to tick all the boxes. In short it's basically a hostel, it's location is good, has a lovely looking pool and the nightlife and beach are on your doorstep. The music is pumping daly so if you don't like it loud it's not for you, the walls are paper thin so you're not getting any sleep, the rooms are very basic but functional. All in if you want to party, don't need to sleep and love drunk people from the UK this is definitely your best option. Can't complain it's promoted as a party hotel and that's exactly what it is.Live DJ plays some great tunes and breakfast is decent enough. Cheapest bar prices in Kavos and loads of daily drinks promotions.

  We were a bit worried reading some of the reviews but the room was actually spotlessly clean and pretty modern, it’s definitely catered to young people, they regularly host events and pool parties. It does attract a rougher clientele, mostly drunk English people, and we were warned by many people not to swim in the pool for unknown reasons.. however the hotel is quite nice for the price. It’s in a great location to the strip and on the beachfront. The staff are great and they provide breakfast which was very good. If you know what to expect it’s not bad at all, although it’s definitely not suited for older people or families.

  Quayside Village, KavosHoliday Dates: 24th July 2025 – 3rd July 2025Complaint Regarding Accommodation Experience in KavosDo NOT use this company or hotel, they take advantage of young people!I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent holiday experience my daughter and her two friends had with your company in Kavos.Upon arrival, the guests found their accommodation to be in an unacceptable state. The room was not properly cleaned, with dishes still present and evidence that it had not been prepared for new guests. The balcony was particularly distressing, as it was cluttered with rubbish, dirty underwear, and used condoms.When the girls reported these issues to the on-site management, they were met with an unhelpful response. The manager stated that no cleaning staff were available and that the guests had received what they paid for. Despite the holiday being budget-friendly, a basic standard of cleanliness is expected, and this was clearly not met.Furthermore, On The Beach was contacted regarding these concerns. They indicated that they had spoken with the manager and accused the girls of causing the mess. The girls provided photographic evidence of the room’s condition and shared their communications with their parents about the situation. Unfortunately, both On The Beach and the management appeared unwilling to assist or address the matter appropriately. There was a mutual exchange of accusations, with both parties denying responsibility.The girls have contacted On The Beach twice via email regarding our accommodation, but have not received a response. They advised us to address any issues directly with the hotel.This experience has been disappointing, and as a result, my daughter and her friends have decided not to use your services in the future.I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and consider appropriate actions to improve the quality of your accommodations and customer service.
