    Poor Treatment and Unacceptable Hygiene

    rating26 May 2026

We were accommodated in a moldy room, and when we complained, we were told that there were no other rooms available. The owner took our complaint as disrespect towards her because of both her age and ours, and even wanted to have us removed from the hotel. If you decide to stay here, bring a power bank — the electrical outlets only worked intermittently. Throughout the entire stay, we felt that the staff were trying to make our vacation unpleasant. For example, we were not offered refreshments at dinner, and the waitresses repeatedly bumped into my girlfriend on purpose. On the second-to-last day, the cleaning staff emptied our entire fridge. Fortunately, we had read similar reviews beforehand, so we contacted the delegate immediately after noticing it.The food was good, but the dishes were repeatedly dirty. We also were not sure whether the bed linen was actually clean or reused from previous guests — it smelled musty and had stains in some places. We were not expecting luxury, only basic human decency. Unfortunately, we hardly experienced that during our stay. If you are an older couple, they will probably not dare behave this way towards you. If you are younger, I would recommend choosing different accommodation. Our original room was eventually given to another young couple as well…

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Corfu! The location was beautiful, with amazing views and easy access to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

    Poor hotel

    rating05 Oct 2025

I’ll start with something positive. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated, and there are plenty of nice restaurants and small shops nearby. You can walk to the sea in just a few meters from the hotel, which is definitely a plus.Unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives. I’ll begin with the cleanliness of the rooms. We had to complain about the first room we were given straight away—and we’re not the kind of people who are overly picky or obsessed with tidiness. At first glance, the room looked clean: the bed was made, and towels were placed on it as usual, so everything seemed fine. But then we started noticing that appearances can be deceiving. The bed hadn’t actually been changed—there were black hairs on the pillows, and when we lifted the sheet, we found sand and even pubic hair on the mattress. The towels were stained yellow and soaked with suntan lotion. As for the bathroom, all I can say is that after seeing the condition of the room, I couldn’t bring myself to take a shower or even step barefoot into the shower area. After our complaint, we were given another room. It was slightly cleaner, which basically just meant there was no sand in the bed. We spent the rest of our stay in this second room, but only after going to the nearest shop to buy cleaning supplies and clean it ourselves—just so we could manage to function somehow. The next issue was the food. After such a bad start, we were hoping the kitchen might redeem the experience—but sadly, it was the opposite. The food looked and tasted like it had already been eaten once. The potatoes were old, dry and hard, the fish was swimming in oil, the meat smelled spoiled, and the vegetables were clearly just thawed from frozen. We took one bite of this disaster, threw the rest in the bin, and from that moment on, we chose not to eat at the hotel anymore. Instead, we ate out at our own expense because we were genuinely afraid of getting food poisoning or any intestinal problem.Another very unpleasant issue was the constant smell of sewage and waste throughout the entire hotel, including the outdoor areas—not to mention the terrible odor coming from the kitchen. The hotel staff were not friendly at all, and each time we returned to the hotel, it was with a sense of dread. We were just counting down the days until we could go home.Of course, we reported everything to the tour representative which Is Čedok, but no suitable solution was offered.I honestly cannot recommend this hotel. For me, it was probably the worst holiday I’ve ever had.
