  I must say I enjoy a cheap deal and never complain but this place is certainly at the bottom of the pile when it comes to bad experiences.Breakfast was pre made for you 2 cheap pieces of bread everyday.No water some mornings.No health and safety the place is half built, it’s dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.Staff ok as long as you are spending in the bar.Avoid this place if you want peace, lots of young Greek and Italian men between 18 to 22 crowding young women around the pool.Bar man put this base music on after 2 that will eventually give you a brain ache!I booked for a month because of the gym advertised got there last 9 days it was that bad.I love a cheap deal so I’m not one to make bad reviews but if you want a nice holiday avoid this place it’s really bad!!!

  We traveled here in may 2026 as 2 couples -on arrival we had 2 couples in reception, complaining and either left hotel or stayed for the night before leaving. -would avoid, we had booked 2 rooms,1 covered in insects and bathroom dirty in both. No hot water. Second room had dead spiders in bathroom, looked as if it had not been cleaned, floors were dirty. - location is great for strip but as not peak season all bars restaurants and shops closed - the hotel is very run down and needs a lot of maintenance. Holes in decking very unsafe to walk on. -balcony on strip, felt very unsafe -we had to move after 1 night. Can hear everything from neighbours above and beside you. Had no sleep - staff were friendly tho and did try to upgrade us. Would not recommend a stay here. Maybe suitable in peak season for first holiday but otherwise I would avoid.

  Looks nothing like the photos. We arrived mid may with low expectations initially however to not even be greeted by a pool, clean room or anything even remotely close to an atmosphere, we were immensely disappointed . The whole complex looks disheveled and kavos in itself is a dump with nothing to do whatsoever. Would not recommend

  Disgusting dangerous Hotel

  This is the most disgusting and dangerous hotel I have ever stayed in I am now 74. If you're thinking of booking don't if you've already booked cancel and re-book somewhere else as I have said this is the dirtiest and most disgusting and dangerous Hotel I have put pictures of various things to start with in the brochure shows a reception this does not exist the reception was a corridor leading from the pool area to aside road. The rooms were dirty and disgusting I have put a picture of my socks as I have walked across the floor the kitchen couldn't be used the taps would not turn on there was only two large pounds and two plates as it was self-catering the nice forks etc were also discussing. The toilet door did not have a handle on the inside so you couldn't close the door the shower room couldn't be used as I put a picture of the shower head so you can see the disgusting condition also I put pictures of the taps in the bathroom and the kitchen. The pool area and the walking through area the floor was constructed of decking which was rotten oh over as you can see from the pitches there was a bridge from one side to the pool area which had a large hole in it and the bridge was taped off the pool area. There was no lighting on the walk through area at night on one occasion I tripped on the floor and damage my leg as you can see again in the picture the bar area the barman was very ignorant on one occasion one of the hotel guests asked if she could have some different music played he replied no I'm the barman I play my music also I never saw him ever washed his hands as he was cleaning out ashtrays serving food and serving drinks totally disgusting. So please if you are considering going to this hotel please don't I did contact on the beach and they offered me and £18 pound refund lol.

  Absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately I stayed here on my honeymoon with my new husband, we knew it was cheap but thought we were getting a good deal looking at the photos and some of the reviews. How wrong were we, should have listened to the bad reviews as it was dismal. If you are in one of the annex buildings especially brace yourself, late night flight got us there especially late to be taken to a dirty freezing cold room with two worn out single beds, covers that stank of pee surrounded by derelict old rooms of theirs left to rot full of drug paraphernalia, dirty underwear, flea infested mattresses and other rubbish. The room was damp, the air con mouldy and the shower did not drain properly which flooded the room and left your feet swimming in its past victims filth. Every 2 minutes the overwhelming smell of sewage stank the room out and there was a suspicious looking plate of white powder on top of the wardrobe. The pool was filthy and closed for parts of our stay, we were moved into a different room but I cannot say this was much better, if anything it was more run down just in a better area which meant we didn’t have to walk past all the filth and derelict parts to get in. In the second room the water pressure sucked, you had to keep your hand on the knob to make the water come out of the shower head, there was no shower screen and no hot water. The fridge was so loud we had to unplug it and the beds weren’t much comfier. Again two single beds which I was told later the hotel only has single beds… I was never made aware of this upon booking! The grounds were awful, the decking was decaying, holes all over the place. The signature trabukos bridge was closed due to damage to the decking and the fountain was drained and dirty. The continental breakfast consisted of 2 slices of toast, a waffle, a piece of cake, butter, jam, coffee and orange juice. £45 per person for that? Disgusting. The first morning was the worst, we were knackered, cold and the “breakfast” was served at a closed down club on the front with no windows or doors just metal cage type shutters, rain belting down in sheets, we were frozen cold. We had no idea that most things including a lot at trabukos itself would be closed at the time we visited. We only discovered that upon arrival so it was very very disappointing. 0/10 would not stay again and we do NOT recommend.
