  Stayed a Friday night, was upgraded by Jimmy, who took care of my check in process seamlessly. I messed up my booking the wrong Holiday inn location in Kamloops but Jimmy fixed everything for me!   a comfortable place to stay after a long day at the airport

  we stayed here after our flight was cancelled and found it to be very good. room was a bit warm but bed was comfy and good pillows. Room was large with a fold out in one area and separate bedroom area. liked the little sink in the living room for extra use.   One night stay after Rocky Mountaineer trip

  Arrived for one night stay after disembarking the Rocky Mountaineer. We decided not to do the second leg of the train to Vancouver the following day so we asked Jack on reception that evening to assist us in informing the Rocky Mountaineer staff. He went out of his way to help us and also made us laugh with his great sense of humour. He even gave my husband an ice pack because he had an injury from a fall on a trek the previous day. He could not have been more accommodating.The rooms were extremely comfortable and we had the best nights sleep since arriving in Canada 10 days ago.Breakfast was good and the waitress was very friendly.   Terrible manager and staff

  The elevator wasn’t working.Wi-Fi wasn’t working.Room as such was ok.The manager was super rude and arrogant.We had booked for bed and breakfast for 4 guestsHowever, they gave coupons for 2 guests. Then the restaurant staff said they can accept this coupon for 25 dollar worth of food. The manager jumped to say that it’s not his problem. The third party “scammed”. He was yelling and screaming. So unprofessional.
