    Hotel has a great location. Close to beach, old town and shopping area. The entire staff is amazing from moment you enter the door. They are helpful and friend always greeting us with a smile and a kind word. They were truly focused on guest satisfaction. För example, We needed gluten free bread on the breakfast buffet and they fixed it immediately. Breakfast buffet was incredibly. Great selection of both traditional Greek and international options. You have the option of sitting inside or outside in the inner garden. Staff was always available if you needed anything. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff are also very friendly and helpful if needed. The rooftop pool and bar were lovely. Great place to relax when one doesn't want to go out and about. I can recommend their iced cappuccino freddo. I had many from different coffee places and theirs was one of the best. Overall great stay and can highly recommend.

    Stressful Time - Avoid Using Internet

    Room large but needs updating - in particular the big wall above bed has a lot of marks on it. Bathroom nice. Balcony excellent. Breakfast was good, not great. The best part of the hotel is the beautiful 6th floor pool and the lady at the bar there. Now for the negative which is very serious - I could not access their wifi so man on reception took my laptop into a back office and said i coudl access now as a member of staff ? I did that once and once only. I tried thereafter to connect via their website - it came up as danger and phishing. Hence I had no internet for work. Moreover I then found my facebook, yahoo, etc had been hacked and when I brought this to the man on reception's attention he said "Yes thats right, any other guest could access your information". ???? On leaving he queried whether I had actually paid my taxes, which I did on arrival, in cash. I am still dealing with the aftermath of being hacked into work emails. Booking.com say they cannot contact this hotel as the booking was through some partner company. ON balance there are far nicer hotels in the area with decent views and management that actually care.

    We had a really lovely stay here. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with any inquiry: a special shout-out to Kostos who we had some great chats with and who helped us to book a day trip to the Samaria Gorge and made sure we knew where to go to get the bus the morning of the trip. The room was clean and spacious. Pool days were good and the staff were always happy to help us move the umbrellas or for any refreshments. The breakfast spread was fantastic - loads of choice and regularly replenished. Location was great, only a few minutes walk to the beginning of the old town and the start of the harbour. A great choice for a trip to Rethymno!

    We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and brilliant air con. The bathroom was a little dated but functional. Great selection at breakfast, loved the fresh fruit. The staff made this hotel excellent! They were all so friendly, house-keeping were fabulous - room always lovely, staff at breakfast always welcoming and kpet everything really clean, and big mention to Kostas, and Popi on reception who were super friendly and helpful, including making us reservations at the local farm and restaurant recommendations. Silia at the pool bar was also AMAZING! She works so hard, and makes brilliant coffees, cocktails and food! The pool was always so tidy and we managed to get a sun bed each day, it might get a bit busier in the peak months but they will try their best to bring out more loungers. Loved the view from the pool! Excellent location, short walk into the old town brimming with elegant shops and a fantastic selection of restaurants. As well as a short walk to the beach, full of sun loungers and cafe options! We had a late flight and I had hoped to keep the room to the evening as rooms were available but the rate to keep the room was too expensive, nonetheless we were able to use the pool all day which has a shower and toilets, and luggage kept in the foyer. Overall highly recommend this stay.

    Pleasent staff, clean room. Nice pool area and bar at the roof. Breakfast was decent. Good location, 5 min walk to beach and 10-15 min walk to “old town”
