Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, active holidaymakers, nudists, families, young people, singles and nature lovers, this resort is situated in a quiet area in Malia, right by the sea. There are a number of bars, shops and restaurants just outside the door.

Facility

This resort was renovated in 2021. The property includes 2 villas/houses as well as 360 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a babysitting service (for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, translation services, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hotel doctor. Rooms

The resort offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 6 restaurants (non-smoking, air conditioning and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, halal food, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. Baby food is available (on request, for an extra charge).     Breakfast was decent, while dinner offered a wider selection and was quite tasty. The beach itself was not very convenient,there were many corals, which made entering the water uncomfortable. Due to the wind, we lost several days and had to use the pool instead, which was very crowded during that time.The hotel had its own parking. However, the one located at its area was quite small, and the other one a bit further away was not very convenient.On the positive side, there were many supermarkets, souvenir shops, and restaurants nearby, which was definitely a plus.

    Beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and professional. Food was great, location nice and quiet, easily accessible. We hired a car but not essential. Rooms were clean. Overall wonderful stay!!

    A hotel with 5* staff, everyone was friendly and helpful.Our experience was not 5*, we had to ask to move rooms as the first one was over the kitchen and was so noisy, the second was lovely and quiet but no fan working in the bathroom.The comfort rooms are very dated and small, it looked like there were patches over old light fixtures which were then painted over, loads of extra screws put in to hold up shelves, bit grubby.Food was ok, liked the evening meal set up, you were given a table that you had all of your stay so no worrying about where to sit.The manager let us stay in our room late as a gesture of goodwill for us having to move which was much appreciated

    We are holidaying in this glorious part of Crete in this glorious hotel. Definitely 5 stars. The location right on the beach is superb. Staff are so helpful and genuinely friendly. Breakfast has a great choice. Lunch at pool bars very good too. Dinner in the hotel Italian restaurant our first night,the best pizza ever. Portions huge here in all restaurants. The whole hotel is extremely well planned and Cretan in style. We just love it here and will be returning. Pity we only have a week. Tip,pay for Seaview superior rooms. View to die for.

    We went to Alexander Beach spa at Stalis with my girlfriend and we had a Cretan massage with an express hydration for the face . Padelis and Alba were amazing very professional and friendly.Thank you aegeo spas
