    Nice hotel with large room and balconies. Nice pool area with restaurant and pool bar.BUT!! The staff totally don’t care for the guest, they care for their telephones, and look like zombies with stone faces.A sad development from past years.

    Fantastic location near all you need: bus number 21 stop to Chania, mini supermarket next door and long sandy beach 300 meters away! The hotel restaurant Zen provides a good variety of dishes and drinks, all prepared with care. The staff is ever so friendly and efficient in their respective duties ( we absolutely adored Katarina & Sofia with their huge smiles). The hotel is spotless and well organised. Top marks deserved!

    We have visited Anais for many years to eat and to swim in their excellent pool and kids pool. The service is always friendly and efficient, the pool is immaculately kept and wonderfully long and very deep at the deep end. Both our children took big strides towards learning to swim in their safe and shallow kids pool., and now happily race up and down in the deep pool. There is a life guard on duty whenever we have been. The toilets are also clean and spacious. The lunch menu has been pared down a bit but is still great value, the pizzas are large and feed a crowd. They have an excellent bar and we have enjoyed their cocktails too.

    Stayed at Anais summerstar, but walked to Anais Holiday (both hotels work together) to eat. The food was ok and not too expensive. Offers vegan food, just ask and they’ll tell you what they can make vegan.

    Very nice, Quiet hotel with nice spacious rooms (we have a two room apartment).The hotel is clean, have nice pool and excellent service. The restaurant serves Good food with welcoming and helpful staff. 200 meters to the beach and ten minutes to Chania Oldsberg town with the bus. Best choice for a combination of relaxing holiday close to the beach with very nice people serving you. Mist recommended.
