  Very happy this Marigold Hotel is still fantastic! Been a few years since I needed an overnighter in NW Tucson. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet. I was barely there 12 hours but every moment was appreciated. I enjoyed the quality of the colorful interior design too. If you want plain, plastic and same-old - this won't be your cup of tea. But If you're brave enough for a new look - I recommend 3 Palms. Oh, and the staff was perfect as well!

  I find the hotel nice, clean and the staff is helpful, however I am totally frustrated by the 3-10 window to have their $100 charge on my credit card for an “amenities deposit “ credited back to my card. I am now on day 5 waiting for this credit. Really? 3-10 days in this age of digital financial transactions? It will certain make me think before booking a room here in the future.

  3 Palms is the Bomb!

  What can I say, hmmmmm....my wife and I stayed at the 3 Palms Hotel for two nights. This hotel for us, was EXCELLENT!!! Very clean and very affordable! The staff is GREAT!!! They are totally cool! Down to earth, friendly and attentive! We will definitely be staying at the 3 Palms during our next visit to Tucson. Thank you very much for your hospitality 3 Palms!Sincerely, Randy Tanouye

  Don’t be fooled by the reviews and descriptions. This place is a dump. When I arrived two police cars were next to our room (which itself is across from the dumpster) answering a complaint from one of the guests (they wouldn’t tell me why but agreed that I made a mistake booking here). I knew the decor would be funky, but I liked the courtyard photos, the separate TV viewing room (and big screen TVs) and the low price (AAA was lower than other sites). Room is much smaller than it appears in photos , thus the refrigerator in the coat room/closet, microwave above the desk, no towel racks in the bathroom.If you’re thinking it’s a good price and it even includes breakfast, well, yes the price is reasonable, but no, there’s no breakfast (it was the first thing the clerk told me probably knowing the owners haven’t updated the hotel’s listings in over 5 years).Before the police officers left the parking lot, they tried to reassure me my life wasn’t in danger, one of them saying “you could do worse.” Don’t make the mistake I made. Book elsewhere.
