    I'll start by saying the hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff we met nice and polite. We arrived very late (plane delayed), only staying the one night, we were given a very tidy and clean room overlooking the front entrance nice little balcony to sit and cool down after travelling. We were bed and breakfast, and the breakfast was absolutely appalling. we had expected a continental breakfast with meats and cheese, fresh fruit, and fresh pastries. what we had on offer was cold scramble egg, tomatoes and bits of cucumber and the smallest pastries on offer. The coffee was awful. They said it was Greek coffee, but that would be an insult to the Greek nation. The food was slow to be replenish. it just seemed to be first come first served. I would just go room only and walk down the road to two great little places to have coffee and breakfast.I would recommend to stay here but not to eat. I know it's not 4 star but you expect to have the food that you can eat. Luggage storage is leaving your cases just behind the front desk in full view of everyone coming and going in the hotel we also realised if anything had been stolen our insurance probably wouldn't have covered it as the cases are not securely locked away.

    Initial Room Issues, But Smooth Resolution and Pleasant Stay

    The room we were given upon arrival was slightly larger than the one we had booked through the agency. At first, we were pleased, but after a few minutes of rest, we realized that the air conditioning and fridge were not cooling at all. We called the staff to check the issue; they tried adjusting some settings, but it was clear that it wasn’t cooling—only the fan was working. It was impossible to stay in that room. Later, we were given another room where everything worked fine—based on the photos, it was exactly the room we were supposed to receive initially. Other than that, everything was OK: breakfast, pool, excellent location.

    This hotel is great, I totally recommend it.Staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. Rooms are big enough, clean, with very cozy beds. Food is very good. Pool and bar in hotel's garden are very nice and clean and there is always sunbeds and umbrellas. I would like to visit Crete and this hotel again!

    A perfect modern hotel two minutes away from the main strip. Rooms are clean and aircon works brilliantly. We were worried about the pool size before arriving but it’s perfect . No sun bed reserving happens at all and there’s always a bed available. Staff were always friendly and it feels very family orientated. The only thing we felt we missed was some more storage in the room as there is only one small wardrobe and some shelves in the shower for shower products. Definitely recommend!

    Perfect location, but poor breakfast & dinner is the worth I have ever had. Also poor wifi. The rooms are basic and clean, pool area ok. We stayed here for one week & I read many comments before choosing this hotel. Honestly it is worth only for location or if you have a really good price, otherwise you will be disappointed…
