    A very good massage

    rating19 Apr 2026

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the relax massage I received today. It was a truly professional and restorative experience. The session was exceptionally helpful and relaxing from start to finish. I particularly valued the therapist's attentiveness regarding the pressure; they checked in regularly to ensure the intensity was appropriate, which made a significant difference in my comfort level.Thank you for the excellent service. I look forward to my next appointment.

    Great if you're German!

    rating15 Apr 2026

This hotel is German owned and geared up for German tourists. We were the only English family in the hotel during our stay. The staff kept speaking to us in German, the kids struggled to order any drinks or snacks as the staff didn't understand them. Unfortunately we weren't able to socialise on this holiday, the kids didn't make any friends which was unfortunate. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, lots of different areas to relax indoors and out. The spa area was nice and the indoor pool was much warmer than the outdoor. However, the massage and spa prices were ridiculous. My husband had a massage due to a sore neck and it cost £125 for 90 mins. The hotel is also located in a fairly quiet area, not much to see or do, we took a taxi to leave the hotel and went to Hersonisos for the day for a change of scenery. The beach was nice and on the doorstep. The gym opened at 10am which we thoughtwas rather late, considering the breakfast finished at 10am, so we didn't feel we could use the gym in the mornings which was a massive shame. The tennis courts were great though and we used them every morning. The food was nice, but the times were restrictive. You had to pick which time you had dinner for the week, either 6.30pm, 7.30pm or 8.40pm, there was someone on the door checking, so we had to have dinner at the same time each evening which was a shame. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, some were just rude and dismissive. We're normally really social on holiday and like to make friends, however, we felt a little isolated on this trip due the language barrier. Just felt like a strange vibe being the only English here. Nice hotel, but we definitely wouldn't return.
