Location

This city and conference hotel enjoys a peaceful location and is only around 100 m away from Heráklion's city centre, with its many shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The Archaeology Museum is just a few minutes away and the sea is around 100 m from the hotel. Links to the public transport network lie just a couple of minutes away (about 100 m away). Heráklions airport is roughly 3 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 164 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Other services include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service and a laundry service. 3 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 2 restaurants (non-smoking, air conditioning and high chairs). Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Set menus are available at dinner. Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals.

    The hotel was inviting, comfortable, and a high end. Our bathroom was the largest we had in all of Greece! The rain shower head had the best pressure, and they also had a full-size bath tub. The room had all the amenities we could need, and we felt relaxed. It was a short walk to restaurants. The hotel did arrange a taxi for us to the airport, but there was not a free shuttle.     This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was super busy but served its purpose for our one night in Heraklion. The breakfast was tasty.     The staff at the hotel are all lovely and made me feel at home. I experienced generosity from everyone especially Kalliopi at the spa. I had a foot massage with her, 5 stars.     I stayed at Aquila Atlantis for 2 nights. I was able to avail ageos spa service available at the hotel. Miss Kalliopi was very friendly and gave me a good deep tissue massage at reasonable price.
