  👏🏼 Perfect location with a great view. Family friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amazing pool....Friendly staff. It met my expectations!!!Overall nice experience!!!Heracleon is wonderful!!!! Raki,the traditional drink is so spicy 🤣🤣

  I would like to begin saying that it was nice to find the hotel very flexible with the check in hours as they let us arrive very late at night.Unfortunately though, when we mentioned to the owner (the morning after) that the sheets and towels were dirty, he suddenly became aggressive when we were about to leave the premises. We were very shocked about his reaction as we were leaving with our luggages without asking for refund for the second night that we already paid. He shouted at us and offended us for not reason. I highly advise against staying at this hotel as the owner clearly shows some behaviour issues. I'd like to think that this was the first time something like this happened but it is still worrying that someone can react as he did just because we asked for clean towels and sheets.

  Very bad hotel !!!!!!The manager does not make you feel welcome, he should not be working with people.We made a good deal thru Hotels.com, and the manager was wery angry about that, he did all he could, in hope off we didn’t use our reservation.

  This hotel was, while not a 5 star hotel, a wonderful first experience to Greece. It seems to be family run, which makes it so much better than some chain hotel. The receptionist/cook/best guy ever was soooo accommodating and friendly, it made my 3 hour delay pleasant. He was so nice, and even offered to cook the dinner meal that made me feel special. I know I’m just another customer, but the way that guy and (I’m presuming his mother?) the rest of the staff were so friendly… it really made me feel welcome. The room was super clean, and I even had a first floor balcony right on the pool! I really wish I would have stayed longer. Beaches and beach resorts/places to beach are sooo close! It’s only a €20 trip from the airport, and if you’re taxi-ing to go somewhere anyway…. Go here!!!The only thing that was weird for me, was no tp in the toilet. BUT. I’ve heard from other friends, that’s the norm here. So be prepared for that. Hey, guy who checked me in and cooked my dinner and gave me wine and made me try the delicious salad with the chicken…. For reals, I love you forever. ❤️ You made my first experience in Greece the BEST!! If I get the chance to come back, I’m coming to your hotel!!

  The worst manager I have ever met!

  My girlfriend and paid for a room, which didn’t even come close to what was shown on booking.com. The room had stains all over the place, the fridge was rusty and looked like it had mold inside... We asked the reception if we could get our money back which we couldn’t, instead they wanted to upgrade us. They room they upgraded us to were just as disguting as the first one. We told the reciptionist that the second room they offered us was just as bad as the first one. He then told us that it was because they forgot to clean it. We told him that we just wanted our money back. He said he would call booking.com and ask if that could be done, which we then found out he never did, as we called booking.com ourselves and they confirmed the hotel never called them. We asked to leave the hotel, which we did and called booking.com once again. They told us it was up to the hotel if they wanted to refund 0%, 50% or 100%. We then came back to the hotel again and confronted them with the fact that they did nothing whatsoever to help us out. In the meantime the manager had arrived to discuss what was going to be done. He basically just told us that we would be given the second room that was offered to us or nothing, when we tried to tell him we just wanted our money back he would constantly interrupt us and eventually started becomming more and more aggressive towards us and ended up yelling that we should leave the hotel, he even yelled at his own colleagues in greek, which seemed to have empathy with us and tried to calm him. After all that we ended up at a different hotel, while still paying for a room for 7 days we didn’t spend more that 30 minutes in.summarize: false advertisement, disgusting uncleaned rooms, hotel workers lying right in our faces, manager with no sense of service or decency and a lot of wasted time, energy and money.This has without a doubt been the worst experience we have ever had with a hotel, and we strongly recommend that you never book a room for Arhodiko hotel.
