  Excellent apartments

  Stayed with my friend for 7 nights and couldn’t fault the apartment, clean and well equipped kitchenette, fresh towels daily and bed changed twice during our stay.Location perfect, beach is a stones throw away. Hosts were very kind and let us use the apartment till 8.30 on our last day as we had a late flight home.

  Excellent family run apartments just 20mtrs from the seafront in Hersonissos. We stayed for 10nights and couldn’t have picked a better place. The hosts (and there 2 boys) were brilliant as well as the cleaning. Very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, anything we needed we asked and they were so helpful.The rooms are basic, but everything you need including so many extras like tea, coffee, fruit, bread, shampoo & conditioner when we arrived. We can’t thank the family enough for the way we were looked after.Fresh towels and cleaner attended daily (if you require)Televisions, safe, air-con all provided. Comfy beds, small balcony (room 304 had).Food & snacks downstairs are delicious and piping hot and value for moneyAll bars, restaurants 2 mins away. Main strip & centre 5 minute walk There are a stack of inflatables & umbrellas to use in reception that have been left by other guests Brilliant stay - 10/10 - Thank you so muchSean & Petal x

  This is the fourth time that I'm staying at Aris studio hotel, and it was perfect as in the previous times. We arrived in the middle of the night doue to a flight delayed. despite this, the staff waited in the reception and greeted us with a big smile.The hotel is very clean, the food is great and the service is wonderful. Andrea and Yana are the owners and they are amazing. They were there for us for every question and every little thing we wanted. Thank you so much, again for making us this vacation amazing. We definitely will come again soon.

  I stayed at Aris Studios with my 10 year old son for 2 weeks in August 2019. I had done my research beforehand and was fairly confident that the establishment would be all that I had imagined.However! Aris Studios exceeded my expectations on every level!Upon arrival, Andrea was there to welcome us even though it was roughly 11pm local time. Check in was easy and we were taken to our studio apartment which was immaculate in appearance and was spotlessly clean. We had a stunning view accross the bay and room 301 also has the afternoon sun and wonderful view of the sunset. In the fridge was a bowl of fresh fruit and there was also water, sachets of milk, butter & jam for the morning. They had also provided tea and coffee and melba toasts for breakfast if we wanted it. This was a nice touch! The maids came every day to change the towels and make up the room if we needed it, they even went beyond and did my washing up which i was eternally grateful for!The morning after our arrival we met Yanna, who warmly welcomed us and explained a little about the area. She said to let her or Andrea know if we needed anything, information on trips or local sightseeing etc, or even where the pharmacy or supermarket was. Very useful information when on foot!Our holiday was wonderful, the beach is literally a 30 second walk from the studios, and if you wanted to go further afield there are bikes available free of charge. We loved the fact that there are 2 pools available (shared by the hotels next door) and all the beach/pool equipment/toys/shoes were available for guests to use at their leisure (again for no extra charge). I snorkelled with my son as there are so many beautiful fish to see and although the beach is fairly narrow and shingle, it was stunning!!By the main beach is a handful of tavernas, our favourite was Ammos, for which you could hire a sunbed for the day for 2 euros each if you were staying to eat or drink and they serve you on the beach if you want or you can eat in the restaurant. Further down the beach they were charging 24 euros so we didn't bother!!Round the corner from the main beach is the harbour side where there is a huge selection of shops, restaurants and clubs/bars which seemed very popular with all sorts of people. We ate out there a couple of times (and they even have a McDonads too! Good for fussy 10 year olds :D)We visited Aqua City the waterpark which was huge fun. There are lots of boat trips and excursions you can go on too bookable at the harbour.While we were staying at the studios, Andrea and Yanna often gave us a snack or drink for free which was a lovely gesture! The food was always well prepared and tasty and they even brought it to our room for us when we felt like staying in.On one occasion they invited me into their kitchen to cook a 'Chicken Tikka Masala' for them and some friends to try which was an honour and also great fun as a group of us ate the evening meal on the street together. Andrea and Yanna are fabulous hosts and the staff are all amazing! Honestly they could not do enough for us and I felt so welcome and comfortable there it felt like I was family.   This is my second time in Crete in two months and the main reason I returned to it is because of the perfect hospitality of the "Aris Studios Hotel". The hotel owners Andrea and Yana welcomed us with a huge smile on our faces, freshly flavored orange juice and the traditional Cretan cookie .. During all five days at the hotel, there was nothing we asked for and did not receive, took care of us and made worlds to make us happy! The other welcome innovation is a car rental company called "Verano Isla", which provides car rental services to all parts of the island. The rental service is provided by a charming guy named Socrates who always smiles and gives information about charming places around the island. In short, I will definitely be back again very soon. Also recommend you !! Aris Studios number one in Hersonissos!
