Hotel was absolutely brilliant, can’t fault it! Food was excellent, hotel and rooms very clean. Staff always up in the morning cleaning everything down. Greek restaurant was amazing!! The kids club was great, the staff were so attentive and something was always on every hour throughout the day for the kids. Entertainment was spot on and the entertainment staff were brilliant with the kids! Would 100% recommend for families and would definitely return. Great recovery after a disappointing start

We spent 10 nights at this resort with my wife and our baby, and our experience was ultimately a story of two halves. Our stay started with quite a bit of disappointment and definitely didn't meet the standards we would expect from a 5-star hotel. We faced several frustrating issues right from the beginning, starting with completely unsuitable rooms. First, we were assigned an accessible room that completely lacked basic storage like a wardrobe, which is impossible for a long stay with an infant. After asking for a change, we received a room located directly above a noisy evening game room with an insecure terrace accessible from the outside. On top of that, it initially felt like our pre-arrival requests and complaints weren't really being taken seriously, and we also found the catering and drinks to be a bit weaker for this hotel category.To resolve the room situation, we decided to pay extra for an upgrade to a suite in a different building. That room was beautiful, very spacious, and finally offered the true 5-star standard we were looking for.Once the management stepped in, the entire narrative of our holiday changed. Their effort to fix everything and make up for the initial hiccups was genuine, swift, and highly professional. They truly turned our vacation around, the service became excellent, and everyone went completely out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable for the remainder of our stay. In the end, the hotel team managed to save our family holiday and we left happy.We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff members who looked after us so well. Special thanks go to the Front Office Manager for his great effort and dedication to making the rest of our stay much better, and to Mariangela from Guest Relations for her professional approach in resolving our situation. We are also incredibly grateful to the Chef at the main restaurant, who went out of his way to prepare fresh food for our baby every single day, and to Shikha Devi for delivering an absolutely brilliant and relaxing massage. While the hotel might not fully match the premium 5-star quality it claims in all areas, the team proved that they deeply care about their guests and know how to fix a bad impression.
