    We stayed here three nights. On the plus side, the hotel was clean and modern, and the breakfast was quite good. It's about a 15 min walk to the harbour. The Golden Retriever in the lobby was a delight. On the negative side, for our first two nights they had shut the AC off even though it was 24/25 degrees. That meant you had to open the windows, which allowed mosquitoes into the room, and made it quite loud (very loud on the second night, when there was a party next door.) However, for our third night, the AC was back on, and we slept much better.

    What a wonderful find in Chania!!Elena and Katerina in the front of the house and Nada in the breakfast room made her stay even more wonderful… Immaculately, clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated… The garage has limited parking under the hotel but we appreciate the opportunity to get our car off the street( limited parking)Breakfast was good… But our party of four enjoyed our stay immensely… Easy walk to old town and very quiet at night… Will be back! Thank you for everything! We let them know we were celebrating double 30th anniversaries.. and they delighted us with upgrades!All appreciated!

    Great fresh hotel in the ventre of Hania

    Spent a week n this great hotel in the centre of Hania city. Hotel is just next to a park just few minutes walk away from the old town and all the other sights of Hania. Theres no pool in the hotel but theres 2 beaches near by.Room was great with a balcony view to a park. It looked like rooms and the whole hotel was just recently renovated. Ecerything was fresh and clean. Hotel staff was superb, nice and helpul. Best wishes to our new friend Froso.

    Avra City Boutique Hotel is strategically located just outside the Old Town of Chania allowing you an easy walk to the restaurants and charm of Old Town without having any of the late night noise that the tourist center may bring. The rooms are spacious and clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet has extensive offerings as well.

    Highly recommend this exceptional hotel located a short walk from the heart of Chania Crete. Front desk staff were professional, especially Daria who was just fantastic helping us organise tours and providing tips about where to eat, shop and always greeted us with a warm welcome. A cut above the rest! A great breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Also thorough enjoyed the love from the hotel mascot, the beautiful golden retriever/labrador. Would definitely visit again when it Crete.
