  Good: Location, close to a M4 metro station and near a M2 one too; also close to Via Torino, on the way to Duomo;Breakfats staff, very friendly;Breakfast itself, not fantastic but very good;Quiet room.What we did not like;Small rooms;Low water pressure in the bathroom;Old fashioned carpets, wallpaper, decoration.If it was a 3 stars hotel, i would say "great hotel!": for a 4 stars, i would say "well, not bad". But for a 5 stars, no, not this one.

  Excellent Stay – Warm Hospitality in a Perfect Location

  We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pierre during our trip to Milan with my family. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly kind and helpful staff. The hospitality was exceptional — everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.The room was spotless and well-maintained, with excellent soundproofing that allowed us to relax peacefully after a busy day in the city. One of the best things about the hotel is its location — just steps away from both the metro and tram stations, making it very easy to get around Milan.We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would gladly stay here again!

  Pierre Hotel in Milan is, frankly, an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone seeking comfort. The hotel is small and severely worn down, with dirty carpets and an overall shabby feel that leaves much to be desired.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist who launched into a rather pompous monologue extolling the virtues of Italy while declaring Norway cold and depressing — not exactly the warm welcome we expected.Our first room was the smallest I’ve ever encountered, and according to my son, it smelled so bad it was as if a dead cat were hidden under the bed. When we asked for a different room, the receptionist found our distress highly amusing.This is as far from five-star standards as you can get. The amenities are virtually nonexistent. Breakfast was extremely sparse and uninspired — a rather sad affair.To their credit, the breakfast staff was friendly and tried to offer good service, but in the end, it hardly mattered. This was, without exaggeration, the worst so-called «five-star» hotel I have ever stayed at — and yet the prices were comparable to much higher-standard accommodations elsewhere.I would never return.

  Parking is at a premium, it is about a 20 minute walk to the Duomo di Milano, so not bad for location. You can also get Hop on Hop off bus at the Duomo. The staff were nice, and the room was small. The wi-fi was lousy, we had to sit in the lobby to get the wi-fi. We did not find many good places to eat near by, but some closer to the Duomo. i saw on one web site this was a 5 star hotel, it a 4 star at best.

  First time in Italy and this was a nice hotel. Clean and quiet rooms, comfortable bed, best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Helpful staff, centrally located. Close to rail stations for easy travel. They upgraded us for free due to our anniversary. Would stay here again.
