    after the shambles of the 1 hotel we booked in crete, we got moved here and upgraded, super hotel, staff couldnt be more helpful, food was amazing, and live music on the evening... pools were great and pool side bar was just in reach if you needed

    The most brilliant time at this lovely hotel. Big thanks to Tonia (Restaurants) Julia (guest service), Georgio (bar) and all the other wonderful staff for all their hard work. All staff were lovely, friendly and made our holiday amazing. Fabulous location, brilliant food and great entertainment. Would we stay again? Absolutely. Thank you Bella Bach.

    The hotel is a little dated,but the location ,so close to the beach is fantastic.You have to remember that all inclusive hotels are a little off the beaten track usually,not many bars or restaurants around.The food is great,plenty of choice. The very best thing about the place is the staff,so friendly and hardworking ,the entertainment is good,we had a lovely time and would definitely return.
