  Had a week here in one of the refurbished rooms in block 7. Although we were immediately above the dining room there was minimal noise. Room had plenty of hanging space and drawers. Regular linen and towel changes. We used the pool area a few times - rarely more than a handful of guests around the pool. Beach was busy but ok to get beds if you went before 10am. Super handy for tavernas etc. Friendly staff and everywhere was clean. A few points of note:1. The shower head had to be held ie nowhere to hang it up so you could get under it properly. Odd!2. More of a wetroom than bathroom - floor got soaked so needed care3. Fridge handy but would have been nice to have had a small bottle of water on arrival4. Breakfast was ok but not fab!5. Just note that there is nowhere at the hotel to get a drink (even a soft drink) during the day, which we hadnt realised. Altho not far to supermarket and bars6. So many notices saying "dont do this/that" which felt a bit aggressive!7. Lots of extras to add eg paying for a safe and room wifi (although we had free room wifi as had booked direct) - wife was good!We appreciate that the hotel was v good value but just mentioning the above points as useful for future guests.   Great place in Agia Pelagia

  The hotel is very well located, just a minute walk to the beautiful beach of Agia Pelagia, close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants on the beachwalk. The rooms are comfy, spacious and clean, the pool is nice and the entire complex is very well maintained, and in a quiet area. Big thanks to Maria, who is simply amazing, providing great recommendations for things to do around and taking great care of the guests. Outstanding service!   Great time at the Belvedere Village at Crete

  I had an amazing week staying at Belvedere Village, where they have rooms with ample space, excellent air conditioning and breakfast/dinner buffet. Moreover, there is a beach just 5-minute stroll away, or alternatively, you can swim at the hotel's outdoor swimming pool (I preferred the beach :) ). A standout aspect of the experience was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The price is also affordable. I was there on a business trip but since the price was affordable, I was able to extend my stay for additional days using personal funds.   Well situated in small village , close to all amenities, clean roooms , great pool , 2 mins to village restaurants Nice staff , but wouldn’t help with bags to room 😳 break fast is ok needs some more items Fruit for example Bathroom Han£ held shower not the best change if you can Car parking , Don’t forget to get key for town barrier for entry Maria Athanasaki, Ιδιοκτήτης at Belvedere Village, responded to this review Dear Tony.Thank you for your review!Sorry to hear about bags but we dont have this service.   we came for 4 days to an amazing and very hospitable place! The breakfast is rich and filling! Hot chocolate, fresh fruits, crepes and delicious chocolate cake!! The dinner was delicious too, a lot of choices to taste and the most perfect thing was fresh ice cream!the rooms are very clean and the cleaning was done daily. the staff is amazing, always smiling and ready to help you!
