    all the members of the staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant, beach, bar) are extremely friendly & welcoming! Feels like you're staying in a small-scale, family-run complex.Very comfortable & spacious room.

    It was an amazing experience, the people are really nice. The treatements do wonders. I got helped so well by Evdokia and found what suited me, and got my amazing massages from Ioanna. When I come back to Rethimno I Will come here again.

    Staying at the hotel for the second time we realized that is still a great hotel with some ups and downs.Ups: Service, location, pool, spacious room with kitchen and very friendly staff.Downs: The spa treatment are too expensive ( double the price of a regular treatment), coffee at breakfast is a disappointment and the beds are rather soft.Still worth going there but be aware of the downs.

    We had a pleasant stay here. The location is excellent — just far enough from the noisy seafront to be peaceful, yet only a short walk to the beach and the old town. They also have a beach area. The pool area is cozy and inviting, and everything was generally clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, which is not always a given in Crete.The spa area was nice and professional, though prices were quite high compared to general Greek price levels. They did offer discounts, but even with those, treatments felt a bit expensive.Food was mostly good, but it would be nice to see more local dishes on the menu — it seemed a bit too tailored to German and British tourists. Also, hand sanitizer at the buffet would be a good idea, as food areas can easily spread germs.Our room (a one-bedroom apartment) was spacious and in good condition. The small kitchenette was very useful, especially for making breakfast or light meals. The sofa bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, but otherwise the room was practical and pleasant. Soundproofing was mostly fine, though doors and windows let in some noise.Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel for a relaxing stay — just don’t expect much in terms of activities or entertainment.

    Nice and calm treatment. Sweet and professional girls Dina and Evdokia) can definitely recommend it. Good combination of wellness or massage therapy with good and quality products.
