Location

Perfect for parents with children, this resort is situated in a quiet neighbourhood about 40 minutes by car from the tourist heart of Agia Pelagia.

Facility

209 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and 4 auxiliary buildings. In the air-conditioned hotel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The souvenir shop gives guests the opportunity to bring home mementos of their holiday. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a page service. Daily newspapers are available for purchase.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A desk and, for a fee, a safe are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The pool complex, which includes 4 outdoor pools and 2 children's pools is a great place to work out or just relax and unwind. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis and basketball are available. With aquafit or, for a fee, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. The hotel offers a range of facilities in the wellness area. Options include hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments, aromatherapy, cellulite treatment and a reflexology massage. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a lobby bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the restaurant (non-smoking, à la carte and high chairs). All-inclusive can be booked. Special extras for all-inclusive holidaymakers include, for example, house favourite brands, diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegan food. Vegetarian dishes and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, international brands are included.

    We have just returned from 10 days at the Blue Bay resort and had a fantastic time.Staff were fantastic and quickly sorted out any problems. We asked for a kettle and one arrived within an hour complete with mugs, tea bags and sugar.By and large the food was excellent although one small point would be the Celery soup which did not taste of celery neither did the Tomato which looked like gravy and I have never put what I think was Cumin in soup but I guess each to their own!One comment we saw was too many cats, we only saw one the whole time we we there!We had a problem with noise late at night on a couple of occasions as we were in Room 105 which was very close to the main building. It was what appeared to be over excited thoughtless teenagers who did not seem to worry that it was 12.30 at night after the bar closed at 11.00.However the staff quickly sorted it and peace was resumed. All being well we would like to go again.     If you visit the spa, and would like a facial. I would recommend Anna-Maria who did my facial. She was excellent and it was very relaxing. My skin has never felt so good. 10/10 for the facial.

    Wouldn't come back. Cats everywhere including restaurant. Poor entertainment and poor location. Would definitely go somewhere else.     Beautiful hotel and surroundings, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, the food was superb and freshly made and refreshed in a timely manner, our entire family were extremely happy with the food choices each day and the all inclusive aspect meant we never missed out on any snacks or ice creams around the pools. The hotel is close to the little beach at the bottom of the hill and this is well worth a visit and we often enjoyed a few hours down there soaking up the sun or getting a different view over sunset.
