  A very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff.The room was clean and nice and with a lovely balcony facing the mountains.The breakfast buffet was large and everything was clean and fresh.Nice garden with various seating areas well framed with plants.Lovely pool with comfortable sunbeds all aroundClose to the beach and the village within walking distance.Really recommended! fran bernat, Director General at Hotel Bersoca, responded to this review Thank you Marial for staying with us, we are happy to know that you have been at ease, we value the opinions of our guests, which always help us to improve our services, and we hope to welcome you back to the Hotel Bersoca.

  Bathroom smelled of drainage/sewer. Dog was charged a fee as opposed to online info, saying maybe charged. Staff could smile more. Community here imposed restrictions on dogs from entering restaurants and other public places, BUT side walks all over town are fouled with excrement.   Second year here and not often you get to say even better than last. A great hotel to relax after fib festivities and looks like some extra touches have been added within hotel. All the staff are awesome and nothings a problem. Breakfast is perfect and location ideal.   Stayed here 5 nights and what a gem of a hotel. Not sure why only 2 stars but im sure the criteria to meet 3 must be minimal. Great aircon in rooms. Hotel spotless. Fantastic breakfast choice and staff lovely. Will be back

  I was completely fed up with the hotel:First the reception was not really good then:In the middle of the night from 24/05 to 25/05/2022 was raining in the bathroom. So I was waked up by listening the water droping down;2 - They changed us to another room and we cudnt stay there as the smelling was howfull;3 - They changed to another room and we hardly cud slee+ing as the wind was whistling trough the roof and window at bathroom. Also when at bathroon we turned the light and the air renewal was not working.So my experience wud say that was not an hotel but a house of horrors.For me this hotel never again, I'll prefer to slepp in the car then in this hotel. fran bernat , Director General at Hotel Bersoca, responded to this review Hello Artero, we are very sorry for the inconvenience you may have had the night you spent with us. writes the same receptionist who attended you at all times, with whom you laughed haggling over the price of the room and who gave you free parking. I am very sorry that you had a plambing fault in your room but you have to understand that this is something unpredictable, you were quickly attended to, myself, already out of shift, I went to the hotel for it,in less than 5 minutes, to change your room, the rooms with direct ventilation with window do not have forced ventilation with fan. It was a night of a great storm and the wind could be heard everywhere, we checked the windows of the room and they all close perfectly. The next morning we also laughed a little together, perhaps because the discount I gave you seemed insufficient. We are a small, modest hotel and we have flaws but I do not allow you to qualify us as a house of horrors Greetings Fran
