The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a cash machine, a TV room, room service, a hairdresser, a conference room and a theatre hall are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

    the Cactus Bay Hotel is part of Cactus Beach and Cactus Royal. Small, silent, and very relaxing. Personal friendly and always helpful!! Eleni is awesome.! Thank you for the service. Meals are served in the nearby Cactus Beach, there is also small Buffet at the bar with the main things, which is great if you just need a snack or an English breakfast in the morning.

    This place is a dream… the views… the service … the staff… the room service…the food.. the beds and pillows .. the sun loungers… As this is a sister hotel you check in at the main Cactus hotel a short walk-in distance … on arrival Love holidays had made a error with our checking in arrival date but Cactus Beach hotel sorted it within seconds and got us a room sorted no messing. All the staff there was so helpful and approachable with your every need and query met and helped. If they can do it they will do it.Cactus bay hotel is very quiet and adults only , however if it’s family hotel and pool area with lots to do for all children ages then It’s the Cactus Beach hotel you want to stay at. Mostly German and Polish visit here we was the only English and it was soo nice. 🐚🇬🇷🧿👌🏻🫶🏻🌅

    We stayed 10 nights and are happy that we choose cactus bay. Cactus Bay is part of cactus beach 100 meters down the street. The food was good, everyone can find something and it definitely shouldn’t be a reason not to go - due to corona they had to adjust a couple things but I have to say they did a great job. The rooms are cleaned very good! Nice pool with no kids (nothing against kids, it’s just not as loud). A private beach, bar, shower everything you need for a sunny day to relax. I would recommend this hotel 100%!

    the Cactus Bay Hotel is part of Cactus Beach and Cactus Royal. It's new, clean and small (36 rooms). The bar staff Costas and Elini were awesome. The room staff were great and that's the only staff we had interactions with at the Cactus Bay Hotel. Meals are served in the nearby Cactus Beach. Breakfast and lunch were buffet style with something for everyone. Dinner was mostly buffet style as well. For dinner ther could have been a bit more fresh fish.

    Stayed here with some friends, cute but small hotel, lovely location, very close to the beach with lots of little shops nearby. I think the room was a little small for 4 adults though. I bedroom and twin beds in the living room. Staff were friendly pool a little on the small size. Loved how the maid made our pjs after her rounds.
