Location

This hotel is only separated from a sandy beach by the coastal road. It is located on the northeast coast of Crete and Stalis lies approximately 600 m away. In the immediate vicinity, a diverse range of shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, taverns, cafés, bars, and extensive entertainment venues are to be found. This hotel lies between Malia (2.5 km) and Hersonissos (6 km). Furthermore, Heraklion is located around 40 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 340 non-smoking rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the holiday village feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a double bed. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam and massage treatments. Subject to charge: a steam bath. An entertainment programme for adults and children ensures that guests have plenty to see and do during their stay.

Meals

Dining facilities include 2 restaurants, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    No words , book somewhere else, will never be back , This hotel is for family that like their kids around drunk chain smokers, no entertainment, icing on the cake was when we discovered we had been sleeping on someone else body fluids all week,

    I suggest to everyone this amazing place. The animation staff ,both Alpitour and International one , are really amazing guys (Pasquale; Peter; Valeria; Alessandro the best for adult activities and Marta and Maira that were so sweet within our kids) the structure is amazing as well and food really nice. What I can say more..an amazing holiday that will remain everytime with me.

    Time spent at this hotel was wonderful. Every room was clean and pretty. You won't get bored! This hotel have so many attractions like pools, little aquapark and bars. But the best of all were animators! Alessandro, Pasquale, Valeria, Maira, Marta, Aza, Petr and Elisabetta. They are the best!

    Our flight was cancelled on saturday evening, and after having a rubbish stay at our previous hotel we called catcus beach to see if they’d have availability. They did and were more than helpful! We had an amazing room, with breakfast and lunch included. We weren’t sure when we would be able to get home and they said we could stay another evening if needed. We booked our new flight that evening, and the management let us stay in our hotel until 6pm and gave us dinner which worked out great! Couldn’t recommend them enough, they really made our stressful day a lot better! Thank you!

    Nice and clean hotel, delicious food, excellent and friendly staff. I highly recommend it! There are 3 swimming pools and the hotel is located in front of the beach. Ideal for families. I was only with my boyfriend but still I am really satisfied.
