Location

This holiday village is located a short walk from the centre of Stalis.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a TV room, a childcare service and a theatre hall are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the holiday village feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. There is a wellness area with a spa and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a kids' disco.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. Breakfast, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. The complex also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Hiii! This May i went to the Cactus Beach Hotel in Stalis, Greece with two of my best friends. We had the best time there!! The resort is beautiful, the food was so nice and all the people were so nice and helpfull! The Pink Wave animation team was the best!! We had the best time with them and we did a lot of fun activities, Thank you very much to Nas, Lynn, Samuele, Gabriel, Lina and Alessia! We will definitely be back!     The location was very nice, just a few steps away from the sea, where there is a nice beach. There was also a pub at the beach to get drinks and snacks: very relaxing. The Hotel was very well cared for, and very clean. There were several buildings with each their own pool, and a central swimming place with slides. Also, there was animation, from yoga and water noodling to bingo and disco. There are stairs, ramps and elevators, so it's also good to do for people with a walking disability. The food in the restaurant was actually very nice. A lot to chose from, nice environment, and people helping you to your table, sometimes with time to spare for a little joke. The reception was not consistent. Some were more friendly and helpful than others. The mini-golf was a disappointment. There weren't even tracks to play in, just holes and obstacles, you had to figure out yourself how to take them. The chess-game outside was cool. The people in the store were very helpful and nice. The Spa, actually belonging to the Cactus Royal hotel but also on our terrain, was excellent, I had a massage from Anja, she was great! What really was lovely was that the people from Cactus beach knew so many languages. Everyone seemed to know German, English, and French. And the lady from the spa even knew some Dutch.

    We arrived late in the evening and received a lukewarm welcome.We had a sea view and we were pleased with our room, it would not have been suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs as it was 3 flights of stairs to our room in the annex.The Buffett food was ok, however the drink options were limited for an all inclusive resort. The alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks that were available seamed to be made from draught rather than a bottle. You had to navigate the wasps when making a soft.Be prepared to pay for drinks if you don’t like what is on offer as part of the all-inclusive package.Staff generally only spoke to us in German, which would have made sense if we had visited Germany rather than Crete. Didn’t seam to matter to them when we explained we didn’t understand.Been to Stalis a few times but this isn’t a hotel we will be returning to - a shame really.

    We arrived late at night where we were greeted by polite reception staff. We were given a bagguet each as we had missed the evening meal water was provided in our room (this was not replenished during our stay).Room was modern clean and bed comfortable ( lacking storage) housekeeping was every day and towels changed every 2nd day. No kettles in room but there was a hair dryer.Restaurants were also very clean and modern food was excellent plenty of choices. We used 2 of the ala carte restaurants during our stay great service from staff and again excellent food.Hotel beach is a short 2 min walk from entrance of hotel payment for sunbeds at 10 euros each but bar and snacks very accessible from the hotel beach bar. Alchol menu is vast lots of cocktails to choose from. Lovely well kept pool areas and grounds within the complex well looked after.Great holiday. Can't comment on the evening entertainment as we did not use this at night. We did notice there is no bar in the outside theatre where they hold the entertainment.

    Lovely hotel with friendly staff a couple of things that let it down are it’s not anti smoking and people are even smoking around the kids pools/ areas, also there are no lifeguards/ staff around the pools, witnessed a few accidents on the slides as there was moons there directing people when to go down.
