  Only one key to the room for 3 people

  Very long distance from hotel to 'The Strip'.The room is available in the Camelot Royal Beds.All other service like pool, snack bar, restaurant i made byc Kyknos hotel.The biggest problems of the hotel are:Location almost 1 mile from the Strip. And they give you only 1 key to the room. It doesn't matter for them how many people stays in the room. Even if you stay by 3-4 people in one room, they would give you only 1 key. In the evening when everyone goes to bar on The Strip is hard to find who took key and to get inside when everyone goes back to hotel on different time.

  Beautiful place to stay

  Great meals & kitttchen staff! The restaurant is their best asset and the people working there are amazing! There is free Wi-Fi works a bit slow. I had some inconveniences that were remediated full or 80%. For 3-4 days the soap in the shower was not functioning. I haven't had time to notice them, because I was visiting the island and leaving early and cannot find the lady made to let her know since we checked in. Arrived late from the roads and I rest for a bit and when I came in stranghts to make a shower 00:27, the cold water striked me from all the places. I hope not to catch a new cold. I didn't, just remained with mine 😅 so shower early, the receptionist awaree afterwards that the sistem that was the water și based on the sun, that day was no sun. The receptionist was not really suitable for this jos, present when is no need, absent when you have something to report like that lack of soap, I cannot run 2 meters off the shower to get soap from the sink, do I? I have my own, thank God, but tonight after 4 days I wanted theirs, the lady comes inside to replace the towels and make the bed every day. She repaired the soap in the shower, not is working, it's not on the wall, but it's working, I'm glad to wash out the sand off my feet. The air conditioning is 60 euros per week or 9 euros per day. Disappointed by their owners! Cheap, did not present their advantages, only their rules and restrictions. I did not saw that pool in 4 days, it's above the parking lot, on the stairs. The receptionist is client scaring, not client oriented. The rooms are beautiful modern with stone on a wall, nice floors and the beds are indeed royal, we sleeped very well. There was not any disturbing noise, the balcony is very nice with it's umbrella. The bathroom is big and nice. I edited my review because they disserve clients. Please check everything when you move in and report fast any inconveniences, they are to be fixed.

  Only one card for room. Far away from downtown.

  We stayed in Camelot Royal Beds for one week.3 people received just 1 card to access room.In the most hotels in the world every person has 1 card.This is very important. If you come by 3 people and everyone wants to go to other place - then it's easier to access room than to call other and ask who has card.Even at nigh if people goes to party. Some people goes to clubs and bars and some stays in hotel.And then you have to wake them up to go inside your room.Fat lady in the Camelot reception was very unfriendly.She tried to tell us how to use bathroom and the toilet tissue should be put in the bin.I've told her that there should be a sign on wall that "We're herebly asking our guests to put toilet tissue in the bin.".She didn't accept fact than telling everyone about tissue and bin is rude, and there should be a sign.The staff in Hyknos was much more friedly.I can that Miss Daphne from Restaurant and Miss Trygona from poll bar were great.Always friendly and ready to help.They made our stay such lovely :)Swimming pool and restaurant doesn't belong to Camelot Royal Beds by Estia.There are in COOEE Kyknos Beach Hotel & Bungalows.But all inclusive guest from Camelot can use all-inclusive offer from Kyknos.Hotel is allocated far away from downtown of Malia.You have to walk 0.8 miles from hotel to The Beach Road (Mcdonald's) and then you have access to many bars and clubs.From my point of view is too far.

  This was my first time abroad as had to come for wedding 💑 the place is so welcoming the people are so helpful and friendly ☺️ the room was immaculate. They was cleaned everyday beds change the lot was so nice have fresh sheets 😌 everyday.. the pool area and pool was very good lovely clean 👌 the best of all the food was plentiful and delicious 😋 everything was different everyday was spoilt for choice..so my first time I more than enjoy it and would definitely recommend this place also came with 2 young kids who loved it too

  We went here to get dinner at the EatLokal restaurant attached to the Camelot residence. Place is really nice and the people are very friendly. The food is good and the prices are even greater. We had a very nice evening, and plan to come again.
