    The Chania Flair is a lovely friendly hotel. When things go wrong (such as a dental emergency- beware of olive stones ) they did everything they could to find me an amazing dentist and book a taxi within an hour. I couldn’t be more grateful. The rooms are also lovely and comfortable!

    Great hotel - relaxed friendly atmosphere and staff really couldn’t do enough for you. Appreciated the little touches - small gifts on arrival and departure and candles to participate in the Easter celebrations. Good location about a 10 min walk either through a residential area or along coast to centre. Room had everything you needed. Amazing breakfasts and good facilities including use of sun beds a short walk away. Nice rooftop area with sauna, small dipping pool and loungers - fabulous views across the bay. All in all good value and thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you

    Booked an excellence Suite for a 4 nights to participate Crete marathon. The room and staff was excellent and super friendly, money well spent! Room had own sauna and jacuzzi. Balcony is great for sunset and spend time.Location is optimal for visiting Chania old town and to explore city streets while the ocean is close.Highly recommend

    Top-notch experience! Love the room! Very quiet, comfortable bed, spacious room, and loved the shower (great water pressure)/bathroom area. Very clean, fresh, and twice a day attentiveness to room tidiness. Customer service from walking in the door, valet, breakfast/restaurant wait-self was very pleasant, genuine, and responsive. Location was a 5-10 min walk to City Center. Nice view of the waterfront. Breakfast was fast, made-to-order, healthy, and delicious. The roof-top restaurant is definitely worth a reservation. Great, creative food and yummy drinks!
