Location

This hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful Cretan landscapes, 20 km west of Chania, in the Kolymvari Municipality’s Rapaniana, just 100 m from the sea. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. The hotel is 35 km away from Chania Airport and 30 km from Souda Port.

Facility

Guests at this property have the choice between 10 villas/houses or 20 suites, 5 single rooms and 90 double rooms. These are located in a residential complex with a lifts, made up of a 2-storey main building and 8 auxiliary buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The holiday village offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. There is a wellness area with a spa and a steam bath and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. An entertainment programme for adults and children ensures that guests have plenty to see and do during their stay.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant (with high chairs) and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The holiday village also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Very beautiful hotel with polite service. Food are very delicious but the only downside was its repetition. Swimming pool and slides are very funny. Animators complemented each day with cool attractions. Rooms and hotel are very clean, comfortable and beautiful. In the hotel there are so many flowers which caused a positive vibe.

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place really wasn’t it. First of all, the bed. The wooden slats under the mattress didn’t even fit the frame properly, so they kept falling out while we were trying to sleep. We ended up spending our first night trying to squeeze our towels between the frame and the wooden slats. – not exactly how you want to spend your holiday. To make things worse, we spotted several bugs on the wooden slats. This was the nail in the coffin, when it came down to our sleep quality.The buffet was disappointing. Breakfast is same every day, low quality, nothing fresh, and honestly after two or three days you’re just tired of it. Lunch and dinner isn’t the same every day, but after a few days you notice a pattern which consists of a limited variety. The cups they give you are cheap plastic ones that look like they came from a kid’s party, and half the time they didn’t even look properly clean. The ice cream area in particular made me question the hygiene standards here…The room itself wasn’t great either. Tons of insects crawling around, which makes you paranoid about leaving clothes on the floor. Even though we had a balcony, you don’t really want to keep the door open because of all the stray cats hanging around trying to sneak in. It’s hard to relax when you’re constantly on edge about bugs and animals invading your room.But to be fair, this place might be okay if you only care about having a pool and don’t mind eating the same boring food every day. However, if you’re expecting a clean, comfortable resort experience with decent food and some peace of mind, this is not the place. I’m honestly surprised it’s a 4 star resort of. Our experience doesn’t come near that at all. We definitely expected more from this resort.

    We had a great time in Crete at Chrispy water world hotel. The location was a bit distant but walking to the near by village didn't take long but it was pretty local, there were not so much tourist stores there, which was a good thing. But it was easy taking the local bus to Chania, Agia Marina or Platanias to visit tourist stores and places. The local bus whent every 20 minutes.The resort was nice and it had much of what you could ask for. Hotel consisted of several two story apartment buildings with plenty of rooms in every building. The atmosphere at resort was nice, much flowers, plants and trees. Overall feeling was clean. Rooms were nice, we had two rooms. A bigger flat with a loft and a smaller room. Cleaning of the rooms was good.The hotel had a restaurant where there was three settings everyday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.We had the all inclusive, don't know if there was any other option at this hotel. There were plenty of food options to use from, salads, starters, main course and desserts. Service was good and friendly. Overall atmosphere in the restaurant was good, didn't like the cats that sometimes came in when customers let them in. And then some also feed them even if this was forbidden by the hotel.There was a bar and a small grill at the pool were refreshments could be gotten. Snacks, french fries, burgers etc. at the grill. At the bar, beer, wine etc. and later in the evening cocktails.The personal was friendly and helpful. And there was a really great entertaining group that kept customers entertained everyday with different activites, from Zumba to waterpool, darts and evening activites.

    Luca & Julia and their colledgues was amazing. My 5 yesr old told me that ”Luca is hos friend”. They made the whole family to feel welcomed and happy, Young as old. Luca and Julia was amazing. The room at the hotell has more to ask for and it was super wierd that the waterpark closed 1 hour because of ”lunch break”.
