    Modernising hotel

    The hotel was nice but could do with a bit of upgrading, like the showers could do with modernising a kettle in your room for making tea or coffee, extra pillows, some proper glasses or re-useable cups at the the pool bar instead of tiny plastic cups, the pool was lovely and the staff were lovely two and helpful like I say it could do with modernising a bit then this hotel would be great.

    This was my 4th year at Chrissies paradise. Had a fantastic holiday. At Chrissies the staff are just wonderful, always ready to help , and always cheerful. The hotel rooms are kept clean and tidy every day. The beds are comfortable the pillows are fluffy and just wright for comfort you can also ask for another! The food is just so good you can choose from a whole lot of different dishes all delicious. From breakfast to lunch or dinner. For me and my family we just love the place! We will probably go back next year!

    If you are unfortunate to get a room close to the poolbar. You get bar noise until 22.45, after that you get half an hour or more of pumpin noise from the truck that brings water, same loud pump noises are in the morning around 7, so try to explaine to you little kids why they cannot rest (picture taken at 23.07, loud pumping noise until 23.08 today)Rooms clean, food ok but better not be late or you will not get much left, but no rest in this vacantion :(

    Hope this helps other.Overall good, however, hotel running out of beer and spirits an forced to purchase bottled or top shelf is not a lasting impression for an all inclusive resort. Food was ok albeit cold and repetitive whereby you could set your clock to and at times boring. Authentic food would be nice and not greasy. Staff where great but for 3 or 4.Hotel could do with some small changes, ie, kettle an condiments in the rooms, free safe deposit boxes, water in fridge on arrival, more TV channels. It is mainly for European visitors an not british, if you can get past the rudeness, ignorance and arrogance of this, then your stay will be memorable. It is very quiet and away from anywhere, entertainment zero but for Wednesdays when karaoke is the only highlight.The Owner is fantastic and pleased to help whenever she can, leaving 17 year olds in charge with no experience is a no no, I have concerns to safety with no cctv on site to protect guests at all, also we witnessed pilfering by bar staff which would account for lack of beer and spirits. CCTV is a must for everyone. Staff smoking and drinking in front of guests is a big no no, on our arrival staff where drinking, smoking and very unprofessional. Hope all these reviews are taken seriously by the hotel. It states no smoking, however one member of staff was smoking at the reception desk. With these small changes this could be a pleasant hotel to visit. I intend to revisit to see if these have been changed an implement.I shall give a full review after my next visit, however, and very important to note, a member of my party had an accident due to a faulty lift, there is no accident book nor first aid equipment at reception, the owner did arrange a doctor visit late the day after the accident which we were very grateful. In conclusion then, can I reccomend this hotel based on my experience. That,s a simple YES... But go with an open mind, push away the small things and you will enjoy. With these very small changes this would be A FANTASTIC HOTEL.Thank you toChrissy, Stella, Danielle and Staff...For making our stay great.Friends for life.Ben...

    This is a nice 3 star hotel. The staff were welcoming - special thanks to receptionist Stella for being so helpful. Hotel is clean, the range of food can be limited and some food can run out if you do not get there early and sometimes it is not replaced quickly enough but the food tastes delicious. Pool area is good and there is a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the nearest beach. Would be nice if there was entertainment on most evenings and all -inclusive cocktails tasted bit better but there was good music playing at bar and nice bar snacks.
