  We were accommodated at the Cleopatra Apartments*** by the staff of the Heronissos Hotel****, where we had booked our stay with the TUI travel agency (all inclusive). The staff wanted us to pay an additional fee for accommodation in a better room, which we did not agree to, as we had a specific budget for our holiday. However, the staff at the Heronissos Hotel did not inform us that the room we had chosen was actually a room in another hotel, so we were convinced that we would still get a room at the Heronissos Hotel.However, we got a room at the Cleopatra Hotel, and it's a good thing that it turned out that way.We felt very comfortable thanks to the very friendly service provided by Ms Cleopatra and Mr Dimitris, who were very happy to respond to all our needs and questions. It was very nice to talk to them every day, when they asked how we were feeling, what our plans were for going out, etc., and during these conversations they also taught us some new useful phrases in Greek. They also made sure that we had clean towels and bedsheets on a regular basis.On the first day when we checked in, we discovered that the shower head was broken. We reported this to Ms Cleopatra, and within 30 minutes the fault was repaired - we really appreciated the quick reaction.We had a room on the top floor (3rd) with access to a large terrace overlooking the sea and mountains, and a balcony overlooking the indoor pool.The hotel is located very close to the sea, just a 2-minute walk away from the beach. Within a few minutes, you could also get to the tourist promenade by the sea and to the older towns located in the mountains (about a 30-40 minute walk). Despite the close proximity to the centre, it was very quiet and peaceful.Access to the indoor swimming pool is a big advantage of this hotel. You could swim or sunbathe on the sun beds in peace, away from the hustle and bustle of the swimming pool at the Heronissos Hotel, where we were supposed to be accommodated according to the agreement.The standard of the room (with a kitchenette) was fine (we think it could use a slight refresh), the shower was quite large, but the bathroom itself was unfortunately a bit too small, with the sink right behind the door, making it a bit difficult to move around inside due to the size.We cannot speak about the price-quality ratio because we booked our stay through the TUI travel agency at the Heronissos Hotel, so we do not know what the price would have been if we had booked directly with the Cleopatra Apartments.In general, we recommend this hotel if you have standard requirements for a room. This place was a good base for our planned activities.

  Fabulous stay!

  We had a fantastic time at the Cleopatra Apartments! Cleopatra is so friendly and welcoming, with lots of good tips and recommendations. Our apartment was spacious with a balcony both front and back. The power shower was excellent! Bedding and towels were changed frequently. There was a simple kitchen which had everything we needed. The only thing we could have done with was more storage - our 14 yr old daughter has a lot of clothes! We had the pool to ourselves every morning, often until lunch time - glorious! The guests were a mixture of young families, couples and groups of friends. The apartments are within a 5 minute walk of the beach and resort centre, with bars and restaurants overlooking the stunning harbour views. The resort itself is very busy but we explored the old town, as recommended by Cleopatra, for a more traditional feel. Cleopatra and her team could not have made us feel more welcome!

  Genuinely lovely place to stay when in Hersonnisos.

  We were moved to Cleopatra Apartments from the hotel we originally booked. It was the best thing to have happened the whole time we were in Hersonnisos. Our newly refurbished apartment was amazing with a power shower, also the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The apartment was spotless and maintained throughout the week. Beautiful courtyard style area with a small pool and sunbeds which was very peaceful the whole week. Cleopatra and the other staff were genuinely lovely at all times and very knowledgeable on local places and with excellent recommendations. If we go back to Hersonissos the Cleopatra's will be our first choice for a place to stay. Thank you for your kindness ❤️

  Wspaniałe miejsce! Bardzo przyjazny i uśmiechnięty personel (już tęsknimy), czyste pokoje (sprzątanie codziennie), nowoczesne, ale przytulne wnętrza. Pobyt w tym miejscu to najlepsze co mogło nam się przytrafić 😊Dziękujemy 😘Amazing place to stay in! Staff is very friendly and helpful (we already miss you!), rooms are clean (cleaning every day) and in modern style (but really cozy). Staing there was the best thing that could happen 😊 thank you! 😘

  A hidden gem

  We stayed here for two weeks in August. After a tricky flight over, we had to keep changing our arrival time but Cleopatra was amazing. Very reassuring and ensured we had a lovely apartment waiting for us. We eventually arrived, slightly bedraggled, at 2:00am and were welcomed with cold waters and a bottle of wine! The apartment had everything we needed and was in the perfect position for the beach and restaurants nearby. The pool is perfect for a quick dip or for an afternoon in the sun. It also has a fantastic little bakery around the corner with delicious, freshly baked treats. Cleopatra gave us fab advice on where to go for the best lunches and dinners. We were also lucky to bag a late check out which was a godsend and we had a room available In case our flights were cancelled (again!) We will be back!
