  Novotel Vaughan is our go to hotel when visiting. We were in town for the sports card expo at the international centre approx 25 mins from then hotel. If this review was based on the hotel services alone it would be a 5. It’s very clean, beds are comfy. Restaurant onsite has great food (poor service). This stay received a 3 due to the noise. Our last stay was noisy as well and we thought bad neighbours but now we know the walls are paper thin. First night we had horrible neighbours in the room next to us with the solid wall the kid would just run up and down til late. It sounded like they were continually dropping and banging items for hours. The next night we could hear our neighbours through the connecting door clear as day we could have had a conversation with them. Both nights were horrible from hardly sleeping and being woken up at 6am. Sadly my favourite hotel was very disappointing. The food in the restaurant was still great but the service is very lacking both nights different servers just give you your food and you never see them again they go hang out at the bar, no drink refills, no checking on the food, no bill. I had to go to the bar and ask for it. We had the same issue our last trip as well. Overall the hotel is clean, great area but be weary it could be noisy.

  Exceptional service and fantastic dining

  Having stayed at countless Novotels across Europe, I know to expect a clean and comfortable design that isn’t always the most exciting, but generally raises few complaints. The Vaughan Novotel exceeded my expectations greatly. Rooms are spacious and very comfy, with strong climate control options and large bathrooms. My only possible criticism is that water pipes were a bit loud from adjacent rooms, but easily solved with the hum of a fan on. The highlight, though, is the food and all-around excellent service. I would not have planned to dine with them all three nights of my stay, but honestly the value and quality of the food was too good to look further in what is definitely not a very exciting surround area! Service was extremely friendly, also at breakfast, where the buffet was one of the best at a Novotel that I’ve seen (the pierogis were an unexpected surprise that I was obsessed with!). I hosted a small meeting in their boardroom one evening and the catering there - along with AV service - was also exceptionally high quality. The macarons were to die for. Many thanks to Astrid and the team for such great service with this!All to say - I had so few critical remarks about this hotel and would not hesitate to use it again if in the area.

  I recently hosted a corporate event at the Novotel Vaughan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was defined by professionalism and ease.The Coordination:A special thank you to Giuliana, the Sales & Catering Coordinator. She is incredibly organized and made the planning phase efficient and stress-free. Her attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our event ran smoothly.The Facility:Location & Atmosphere: The hotel is in a fantastic, convenient location. The atmosphere throughout the property is modern and professional, yet very welcoming.Cleanliness & Rooms: I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The guest rooms were immaculate, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable space for our team to recharge.The Service:All the staff members we encountered were exceptionally helpful. It’s rare to find such a high level of service paired with such competitive pricing.I am so thankful to the entire team at the Novotel Vaughan. We truly look forward to staying here again!

  Clean, Comfy, and Baby-Approved!

  We stayed at the Novotel Toronto Vaughan during another trip to SickKids, choosing it as a more affordable option outside the city—and we were so glad we did!The hotel felt fresh and modern, and everything was spotless. The carpeted floors were so clean that we had no hesitation letting our 9-month-old crawl around (which says a lot for any Grammy!). The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-kept—exactly what we needed after a long day.One of the best perks? The location! It’s close to several restaurants, including our personal favorite, Jack Astor’s, which made dinner easy and enjoyable without needing to drive far.All in all, a great stay—clean, convenient, and family-friendly. We’d definitely return!
