    The photo’s only show the best room. In the room it wasn’t even possible to place a suitcase on the floor without blocking everything.I think this was the worst hotel I since years stayed and far far below any modern standard. Only the hotel lobby felt comfortoble.For the same price you have available so many nice other hotels. <<>>

    I am from France and I have never seen such an amazing hotel in my live. The rooms are clean, the service is very good. The view is gorgeous as the hotel is next to the sea. I believe that it’s the perfect place for vacation!!

    Nice clean hotel in very good place in the city center, great breakfast and good service and good tips about restaurants where to eat good cretan foodWe were planning to stay here 2 nights but the city and the hotel are so nice that we stayed 3 nightsNo stress atmosphere and very friendly people everywhere in Ierapetra

    Excellent service from Fotoula the lovely lady on reception,nothing was too much trouble and she was always so friendly and happy 😀The maid was really helpful too and my room was always spotlessly clean.Excellent service all round and would definitely stay again and the hotel is central for everything.

    Really, the photogapher deserves an award for all their beautiful pictures of the hotel, that however, do not depict the sad reality. We booked a room with a view of the sea, llike the ones displayed in the images. We were given one on the first floor, next to the bathroom, which had no balcony. The "splendid" smell made us leave. Fortunately, we ended up in a wonderful hotel about 100 meters away and it made up for all the trouble.
