Location

The beach is just 300 yards away this well placed accommodation and the there are shops within walking distance. Nightlife here is not about "lager louts" and "pub jaunts", Gouves is civilised and has many fine tavernas and cafes around the beach area in which to enjoy some famous cretan cuisine and this, just a stone's throw away from the hotel.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, a car hire service, room service and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.

Lovely Hotel and Pool, great Hosts.

On arrival, our room was ready and we did have the air con, which is extra, the room was quite spacious for a studio, lovely sea view from the balcony. We found the hotel perfect for our needs, quiet, room around the bar and pool area, clean and tidy. The owner Nicos and his two sons, Costas and Mike were lovely hosts, always helpful, smiles and happy to have us there, as we were happy to be there with them. Gouves was a lovely area, plenty of walking to do, plenty of bars and restaurants, we were really treated well, and we will return to see you again, thank you for your hospitality and a very enjoyable stay. Just got back from our second visit to Cosmi apartments. Just as good as our first visit with Nicos and Costas doing everything they can to make sure we had a lovely time. We will return again!!Paul & HarryNo mossies this time!

I gave a score of 5 stars overall. This is because i am aware that if you do not pay for a 5 star hotel then do not expect the 5 star standard. This family run complex was small and perfectly formed..The Father and Son who work so hard day after day to look after their guests are such delightful, genuine men. I was a female solo traveller and felt so safe.The rooms are old fashioned and basic..hence my previous comment about the price.If i could change a few things..the beds are very low,and the bathroom although clean, the coloured tiles and dark grout gave the impression of it not being so clean. Fresh white tiles would make such a difference.The outside facilities, the pool area and the bar were faultless. Spotlessly clean. I only got home today and want to go back already.Thank you Nicos and Costas,RegardsMandy

Níkos and Costa's run this amazing peaceful piece of heaven! Super clean, nice beds and rooms. The pool is excellent nice comfortable sunbeds and. Snack bar. What made this holiday was father & sun. nothing is too much trouble ie extra towels etc. Been many times but due to health took 13 years to get back! So now home & booking for next year. 💯🌞

Just got back from Cosmi and had a fantastic time. Costas waited up until 2.30am to give us our keys and show us our room , after our flight was delayed. Both He and his dad could not have been more helpful during our stay and were always on hand if needed. The apartment was nice and clean as was the pool area with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. We even had a pair of Canaries in a cage outside our room! Nicos also has another son who is a local taxi driver which was handy (we got a discount too) and he took us to Water City (waterpark is worth a visit).Would I go back? Certainly!Lovely people and place, and a departing hug for myself and son from Nicos topped it off. Hope to see you next year!Paul & Harry
