    This hotel is the best I have gone so far.When I first went into the room I saw a giant bedroom and a kitchen like a small house. Also it’s very close to the old town so you can everything.Finally the personnel was very polite

    This is a place that I love. I am writing this review a few months after we stayed, but that’s only because we have just booked another week later this year (2025). We had hoped to be back in 2020- but something happened.The rooms are great. The staff are fantastic. And as for the breakfasts (mwahh)!I don’t understand the negative comments here. Perhaps they were staying somewhere else!

    I really enjoyed our stay here, The staff were great and looked after us, all areas were kept very clean, rooms fine, good location with plenty of local bars and eateries, easy walk into town probably about 20 minutes.All good , thanks for our holiday

    The staff gave us a warmth welcome. They were really professional and helpful to help us find the best excursions. The room was very spacious, very well lit and equipped with everything that we needed. Wi-fi was very strong in all areas of the hotels. The staff helped us also to get Taxi services. Breakfast was nice too. In other words, worth spending our time there.

    We loved the spacious apartment, super helpful staff and general good vibes in Creta Elena. We had not one but three balconies in our two bed apartment. The housekeepers kept everything spotlessly clean. The pool was small but perfect for cooling off and always quiet. We’d love to return some day - would highly recommend!
