    Excellent, clean hotel with friendly staff

    The hotel was well-kept with good wifi and air con both included in the price. Everything was clean & the staff were very helpful and friendly. The owner went out of his way to check that everything was okay & show us where our bus stop was, which I really appreciated. Whilst it doesn’t include a pool, it includes use of a pool that is only a two minute walk away. The hotel was also a very reasonable price & good value for money.

    Don't book here. On arrival we were urged to pay directly in cash before even seeing the rooms. The apartments do not look as the photos you see here. The owner will charge you + 7 euros per night for air conditioning and warn you the day prior to your arrival of this fee. Go to the Frixos Hotel nearby and you'll have the same price with the AC included. The kitchen lacks several things, no dishwashing liquid, etc. The first toilet paper roll is free and then you have to buy it yourself...The wifi had a very poor signal in the room we were staying and was completely useless.

    It was a pleasure staying there. I loved everything from the room to the last person working there. Giorgos is an amazing person. He is always willing to help you no matter what. The hotel gives also access to frixos pool which is really beautiful during the sunset. The owner helped me out a lot to rent a car and to choose amazing places to visit.prices also are really low. I would definitely recommend it!

    This is a family run hotel by George and his parents, I really enjoyed the personal experience from my recent visit, each morning I sat in the veranda and the parents always bought me a nice orange drink, and George with his lovely special coffee. Within 3 mins to the strip and it's very safe all around. George has experience of the UK having studied in Portsmouth and knows how to best assist UK values. My kids stayed in a different hotel and once George and parents got to know them they very kindly helped by calling taxis and advising what and where to eat for best local dishes, best ways also the best sites to see in Malia .BIG THANKS to George and parents for making my stay that extra special.

    The apartments are very picturesque surrounded by flowers and trees and very close to the shops, bars and restaurants and also close to the old town where the traditional Cretan restaurants are found. I stayed in a standard room which was very reasonably priced especially for July. The room was very clean and neat with cooking facilities (which I didn’t use). The room had very good air conditioning, which is one of my top priorities. There is a cost per day for the air conditioning which is usual for Malia. The apartments are family run and George the owner was very friendly and helpful.I would recommend Creta Mar-gio
